Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

First time staying here. Attended a conference for work. As usual, a need to call front desk arose a few times and I was assisted by Rosie. She was extremely resourceful and helpful in taking care of my questions. She sent someone to my door within minutes to resolve the issues. Although everything was great, it was her attitude and eagerness to help that really stood out during my stay..

We had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make us feel like we were truly on vacation. The front desk, particularly Collin, was gracious and kind making sure we were taken care of. A shout out to the housekeeping staff who did a fabulous job keeping our room neat and tidy and for being very detailed - we appreciate it!

To be completely honest with you, EVERYTHING about this property is amazing, BUT the worst fitness Center. six (6) cardio machines and One (1) Dumbbell rack. An enormous property with Seven (7) ongoing conferences creates a traffic jam at 6 am when all the business travelers want to get in a quick, executive workout. Everything is great, please modernize the fitness center. Travel Tip: Eat at La Hacienda and try the carne enchiladas. It comes with a chocolate style sauce and the fatty meat paired with the chocolate taste is amazing.

Quite impressed with the room design, furnishings, and overall layout. Felt very comfortable. The only complaint I have was a bed that was not as supportive as I like, but that is purely on me. The grounds are gorgeous, the atmosphere is inviting. Very pleasant experience.

Came for a company retreat and training conference. My first encounter was with Julio, who took me to my room, mapped out how to get to places of interest around the property, and even took me to the meeting room after filling my ice bucket so I could fill my yeti mug with cold water before we left the room. He was more than professional, he was thrilled to be of service, spoke of his love for the company and immediately left a lasting impression on me that set the tone that has has been kept up throughout my stay. Truly fantastic experience.
