Fairmont Scottsdale Princess

2nd stay at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Rooms have been great both times. We did though have an issue with housekeeping. The hotel is trying to be more environmentally friendly so you can decide not to have your room serviced until the 3rd day for credit to your bill which we did. However our room wasn't serviced and we didn't get any credit. We had to find the housekeeping member of staff and request it be done which it was in the evening whilst we were out. Our friends had to ring on 4th day for theirs to be serviced. It doesn't put us off staying but probably puts us off trying to be 'green'. All staff we met were lovely and pools are fantastic. We went to the pumpkin fest whilst there and that was a little disappointing for adults much more for the children to enjoy.

At the holiday/Xmas time, the property is decorated incredibly. Kids will be in holiday heaven, as well as their parents & family!

We booked the Fairmont for our yearly girls trip and it did not disappoint. A big thank you to the concierge staff who helped us plan our trip and gave us great recommendations ! A special thank you to Samantha from the concierge team ! The hotel is beautiful , rooms were clean and spacious and the on property restaurant Toro was delicious !!!!!

I had a situation where I needed to obtain a package while staying in this hotel. Samantha, at the concierge desk, found the package and notified me quickly and efficiently allowing me to enjoy the amenities at this beautiful hotel! Thank you!

Fairmont Gold is amazing! So nice to enjoy amazing food, coffee and beverages at all times of the day. Breakfast was amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help you with anything. We recommend this hotel and The Gold Floor.
