Peace @ The Princess

Hello, my name is Cornell Jackson. I came here with my mom and sister, and we had such a fantastic time. This is our favorite place to come to relax and clear our minds. I have attached a note of all the people who have made this experience special. P.s. how could I miss adding Shauna from Privado to the list! What a special lady. Shoutout to her as well. Thank you all and we will be back soon. Peace and blessings.

Best hotel ever

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. We have stayed here with our family atleast 10 times. We keep coming back bc it’s a gorgeous hotel, every detail is thought of, there are a million happy, helpful humans who make your stay comfortable. Fireworks every night over the Labor Day weekend, Derrek gave us a great golf cart tour of the property, even the cleaning crew is friendly and accommodating. We were trying to find our Waymo that was at the wrong pick up and one of the nice staff up front jumped on a golf cart and immediately took us to the pick up location. Alfredo at hacienda was fantastic, cannot get a better birthday day dinner (why we came!) experience than the Hacienda. Our favorite hotel. Cannot say enough good things!

Amazing service and location.

This hotel was amazing. The service was out of this world with personalize greetings on our check in (cute gifts for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults). The lounge was beautiful with excellent snacks / food. Location was right across from cruise port with complementary luggage transfer to our cruise ship. We highly recommend this hotel.

The only resort to stay in Scottsdale

We recently stayed at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in a Privado One-Bedroom Suite, and it was truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to make sure our stay was perfect. A special mention goes to Chandra, who checked us in with such warmth and attentiveness—she made us feel immediately at home and set the tone for the rest of our visit. The Privado experience itself was outstanding. Having access to the Well & Being Spa was such a highlight. The spa facilities were not only beautiful but also offered a variety of wellness classes and a well-equipped gym. Whether we wanted to relax or get in a great workout, there was always something available. It felt like the perfect balance of luxury and health-focused amenities. The resort’s attention to detail in every area really stood out. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it an ideal retreat after enjoying all the activities and amenities around the property. We also appreciated the extra touches and privacy that come with staying in Privado—it truly felt like a resort within a resort. Dining at the Princess was another highlight. The restaurants were all exceptional, offering not only delicious food but also a wide variety of healthy options, which we really valued. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of indulgence and wellness-focused dining, and this resort delivers on both. What impressed us most was how consistent everything was—whether it was housekeeping, concierge, dining, spa staff, or the Privado team, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and committed to making our stay memorable. This hotel does everything right. We left feeling completely relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, wellness, incredible dining, and exceptional service, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is it.

One of the BEST days EVER in the Arizona sun 🏜️

Where do I even start… Being handicap currently has definitely changed my view among other things. This experience opened my eyes and was a huge step forward, enjoy!! I spent the day at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort on 8/23/25 and it was honestly one of the best days I’ve had in a long time. This was my first solo outing in a year after some big health challenges, and I wasn’t sure how it would go. The staff made it feel easy, fun, and uplifting. Right when I pulled up, my husband had already called ahead (he even joked with them about “Handicap Alli” 😆), so Gus was waiting the second my car door opened. Big smile, nice hat, helped with valet, and just made me feel completely taken care of. He introduced me to Nico, who helped with my walker and bag and walked me straight to the pool. That kind of thoughtfulness sets the tone for the whole day. At the Splash Pool, Yazzy Yasmeen was amazing—she made me feel like her only guest. PK was great too, checking in often. I ordered a Caesar chicken salad wrap that was fresh and delicious, and the kiwi margarita was the perfect poolside drink. I tried out a few pools during the day: • The Slide Pool had great shade. My friend and her daughter stayed later for the 8 p.m. family movie there before heading to the fireworks. • The Sandy Sunset Beach Pool was my favorite—the soft sand, fountain, and the fire features as the sun went down were just magical. Duke helped me at both the Slide and Sunset pools and he stood out as being really thoughtful and kind. • I ended my night at the Princess Pool, which was quiet and peaceful. The only thing I noticed was that food/drink service stops at 6 p.m. at Sunset and Princess, which felt a little early since the pools stay open until 10 p.m. Along the way I also met Sophie, who helped me out kindly mid-day, and I wrapped up with Dominique I believe was his name (brain injury and short term memory,eh), who left me smiling after a really nice conversation about Greece. From an accessibility perspective, there are some things that could be improved (signage for ramps/lifts, the hot metal rails in the sun, and easier ways to get a shuttle—maybe even a text line). But overall, the staff made me feel supported every step of the way. This wasn’t just a pool day for me—it was a milestone in regaining my independence. I left feeling happy, confident, and already planning to return, this time with my husband so we can enjoy it together (and finally stay for the 9 p.m. fireworks). I highly recommend this resort and the overall beautiful property, amazing pools, and a staff that truly cared during my visit. Looking forward to next time!
