Something for Everyone. We had a wonderful two-night stay in one of the private casitas. Everything was fantastic. First and foremost, the resort is vast, featuring multiple pools, restaurants, and shops. There’s truly something for everyone here. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed. The only slight disappointment was that we didn’t have enough time to visit the spa. Overall, it was a fantastic resort, and I would definitely return.

My family and I reserved a Privado Casita and arrived to find that location is a separate lobby and entrance to the property. Immediately my wife and I were concerned to be too distant to the entire properties amenities. One of the welcome staff at the Privado lobby, Ryan, took us for a tour of the property i and immediately we knew the level of attention and hospitality was going meet or exceed our expectations. We were greeted even by Chana after our tour as our room was not ready yet and Chana could not have been nicer and Kind. She made us comfortable with their welcome drinks and snacks. She made my kids laugh and my wife and I feel at ease. The entire stay from that moment on was fantastic. The restaurants on property were delicious to include Toro by shuttle. Room service was fantastic and drinks to the room were as if just ordered from a bar. Again, big shout out to Ryan and Chana for being responsive and hospitable during our entire stay. Also. Thank you to Sarah Vaughn who created our entire itinerary for The trip to include golf, kids golf lessons and dinners. Can't wait to come back!

Our stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for my brother’s and my 50th birthday was truly exceptional. We traveled with our spouses and friends, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful and elevated. We stayed in Privado, and the suites were beautiful—spacious, comfortable, and designed to feel like a true home away from home. We were welcomed with birthday balloons from housekeeping and a slice of incredible cake from the hotel, which was such a special touch. Throughout the entire stay, the service stood out. From breakfast to the pool, to the bars and every dinner, the staff was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the experience memorable. We had lunch at Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar with stunning golf course views, spent afternoons enjoying great poolside service, and had an incredible dinner at Bourbon Steak Scottsdale. The concierge also recommended a helicopter tour of the red rocks, which ended up being a true highlight of the trip. We wrapped up our stay with a fantastic meal at La Hacienda at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and a relaxing evening by the outdoor fireplaces—such a perfect ending. An amazing place for a milestone celebration. We’ll absolutely be back.

Unbelievable for the price of this “RESORT “ do NOT Expect peace or quiet if you get the wrong building or room ! We just flew in from Florida where it is spring break ENOUGH SAID .. but this resort is way worse noise wise . We flew an entire 6 hour day to escape the chaos from FL spring break to walk into an absolute nightmare! The room is nice but 1st thing we noticed was a very loud Air conditioner! Ok no big deal . HOWEVER the bar noise is absolutely horrible outside our room ! It’s absolutely awful. I will be leaving a 5 night stay as soon as I can find a flight home ! It’s that bad ! A long travel day to be so excited to see this so called magnificent property was maybe the biggest let down of my very well traveled life . Fairmont in all fairness has tried to make it right by giving us a new room , but we are not moving rooms after a very long day of travel at midnight , unpacking and time difference ..so tomorrow we will give it a shot . As I write this I’m so disappointed. But we can’t sleep w the bar noise ! You really should not expect this at a Fairmont 5 star diamond property nor put up with it ! And just to unpack then repack was not on my agenda for a very expensive nightmare ! Very saddening to write this review because the staff is accommodating and trying to make it right !
