I really enjoyed the spa and amenities. The food is delicious and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The sunrise and sunset from the resort is one you don’t want to miss. This is an extremely relaxing resort.

We came for a staycation a few weeks before our baby was due. The only positive thing about this place was the beautiful architecture. Otherwise, we do not planning on coming back here and with all the other available resorts in the valley, we do not recommend this for anyone. To start off, the staff at the reception were very unprofessional. At check-in, the individual working made a few snarky comments that my husband and I let pass. When we checked out at midnight because we no longer wanted to stay, we had to grab the receptionist from the back. Not only did she seem annoyed about having to work, she made zero eye contact during the exchange and still had her AirPod in one ear. Why did we leave at midnight the night before check out? Our room was infested with bugs. We found 7 crickets just the night we left and that doesn’t include the many we had to get rid of the day prior. This just ruined the whole experience because we couldn’t get comfortable in our own room.

Really great stay in July 2025 for a work event. Yes, AZ is crazy hot, but I really enjoyed this property. Views are gorgeous, room was large and super clean. Food on property was delicious. Staff were great. I loved the adults-only pool with view of Camelback Mountain. Only two things I’d change: The door to my patio was unlocked at check-in. As a woman traveling solo, that really freaks me out. The staff should come out very early (or late at night?) to clean the pool deck.

We stayed at the Omni Hotel this past weekend and had a deeply upsetting experience. After housekeeping cleaned our room (1505), we returned to find cash missing. It was a clear case of theft. We reported it immediately and even filed a police report, hoping the hotel would cooperate. Unfortunately, they did nothing. No investigation, no compensation, and no apology. There were no cameras in the halls, and the hotel staff made us feel like it was our fault. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special family trip. We strongly advise future travelers to reconsider staying here. If you do, lock up everything — or better yet, find a hotel that takes security seriously.

I booked a weekend at the Omni Montelucia to escape the noise and dust of a home remodel—and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment I arrived, everything about the resort invited me to slow down and breathe. The property is stunning—Spanish architecture, mountain views, and peaceful walking paths that made early mornings feel like a retreat. The lobby and guest areas were spotless and elegant, and my room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Prado served one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time—fresh ingredients, great service, and a serene atmosphere. Even with work and responsibilities lingering in the background, Montelucia gave me exactly what I needed: clarity, calm, and a true reset. Whether you’re planning a vacation or just need a break from the chaos of life, this place delivers.
