Two small suggestions
Fantastic resort other than two complaints: 1) there are not enough trash cans placed around the property, and 2) the DJ music by the pools was way too loud. We couldn’t hear each other to talk. Other than that, the grounds are immaculate, the view is amazing, the service was impeccable, and the food at Prado and Crave was delicious.

One night stay at Omni Montelucia Resort and Spa
We were very impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. We experienced car troubles and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. While waiting in the Reception area for the tow we witnessed staff interactions with guests for about 2 hours and were amazed at how well they handled check in & out, questions and even a couple of guest complaints. Our room was beautiful and well appointed. The ambience and amenities of the spa were fantastic and the staff very talented. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will return!

Multiple Unauthorized Charges
Booked a solo staycation as an early bday gift to myself. For whatever reason the resort decided to over charge my card multiple times. Liam, the director of rooms could not tell me why it was happening nor did he have any care or urgency to get it resolved. This resulted in a stressful experience for myself. These were additional holds outside of the normal deposit and they were unable to explain why I kept getting charged. They advised they would drop off, yet they posted to my account.

Had a great experience this past weekend at the Omni Montelucia property. Clean and low-key resort nestled at the base of beautiful views.
