A desert enclave that blends sophisticated Southwestern design with the charm of the Old West, FireSky Resort & Spa, a member of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is a new Scottsdale classic. Inspired by the influences of Hohokam Indian, Mexican and western styles, nowhere else in Scottsdale is the history and culture of the region so evident. Sample award-winning contemporary cuisine with a Scottsdale twist at Saguaro's, or luxuriate in front of the three-story sandstone fireplace in the resort's living room.

This resort could be 5 stars. Avid traveler here...The decor, music and vibe is nice, however where it misses the mark is there should be a designated pool for families with kids and one for adults trying to relax. As I sit here poolside now, its hard to relax when parents let there kids use the pool like there own personal pool throwing footballs as people are trying to just relax and read books or wade in pool to also the annoying sound of Marco polo. There are two pools. Make one adults only. Many guests we encountered felt the same. Children should be able to play in the pool, but be respectful of guests trying to relax and not be hit with footballs. A simple fix would be a family friendly pool and an adults only. Another lack was our poolside room got worse each day of sewage smell that hit you when you opened the door. We complained and maintenance came and just sprayed and said it was due to older plumbing. We paid a premium here and should not have to sleep in a room that smells like sewer and musky smell! Such a disappointment because this place has the opportunity to be perfection with some changes. We did like the complementary shuttle. Would love to come back, if these changes were made.

Not what we were expecting for the price point. This hotel had cool vibe but was lacking in quality of food and overall experience. The pool was nice and we liked our balcony view. But the hotel room smelled of musty dog urine and there was a French fry on the carpet. The staff was nice, except for one of the front desk receptionist. Food was okay, not exciting tasting. We appreciated the free shuttle service. Overall we wouldn't stay here again.

The Reaort grounds are beautiful and the pools are nice. Our furst room was dark overlooking some gravel and I complained as I had asked for poolside or pool view. The next day I was moved and the difference in light was night and day. From depressing to beautiful. The balcony overlooked the pool area and was much brighter. Room cleaning service was amazing but the food service on the restaurant was hit and miss. One morning I got up 5 times to ask for more coffee, jam, the toast thy forgot and so on. The manager saw me getting up and didn't offer me anything or say sorry . I went to the front desk and complained and the hotel manager said he would take care of the breakfast but at checkout today the breakfast was still on there. They did of course comp it but glad I checked. Overall a nice hotel but expect service by the pool or in the restaurant to be hit and miss.

My husband and I went to the spa for massages. He got a Swedish massage which he liked a lot but I got a few tissue massage by Briana and omg it was the BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever gotten. I like a lot of pressure and she 100% delivered. I feel so relaxed now!

Lovely hotel. The first thing you notice is the 1956 BelAir in the front courtyard and the unique character continues to flow reflected in every detail throughout. Greeted with a lobby that smelled beautiful with their signature spa scent and fresh cold beverage station.. Staff were wonderful, especially the gentlemen at the front who coordinated the complementary transportation. Pool cleaners, gardeners, housekeepers all greeted us with smiles and a hello. Rooms are clean, comfortable with all amenities. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures and lounge chairs comfortable. We ordered a drink at the lobby bar and enjoyed the ambiance. A wonderful experience. It loses a star for the high prices. Our 2 drinks, wine and martini, were $50 US which is rather steep. Mornings coffees were $8 US each. We dined off the resort to explore local eateries. Also found having to use keycard several times to get to our room was a bit of an inconvenience. (At pool entry, at hall entry, at room entry)
