Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle

Amazing service (Noble is the best!). Huge rooms. Comfy bed. Love the shower water pressure. Great restaurant for dinner. Incredible coffee shop next door. Best stay I’ve had in Seattle and I’ve basically stayed everywhere here for work. Will be back! Thank you!

Noble at the front desk was kind and welcoming and even upgraded my room, which was the highlight of my day. It's easily one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in, and bigger than most apartments I've lived in! The hotel is super clean and well-appointed, and the area is awesome, with tons to do within walking distance. I’m making this my go-to hotel when I stay in Seattle. 10/10

TLDR: We visited for the first time with family and it was single-handedly the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. If you’re comparing hotels in the areas and looking for sincere staff, thoughtful amenities, amazing room layouts, and close proximity to Pike Place then Sonesta Royal should be your top choice. This location has everything you need, and Robin at the front desk was the sweetest soul! We won’t be staying anywhere else. We originally booked a room with a couch for one of our teens. The one we were assigned didn’t have a couch, so I kindly asked what other accommodations were available. They upgraded our stay free of charge because they miraculously had a bigger room available the same night. Mind you, I wasn’t asking for a bigger room and was traveling on a budget, so I was willing to pay extra for a few roll out beds. Instead, they took it upon themselves to provide more than what was expected, and both rooms were gorgeous, so you’ll never have to worry about quality. I loved Robin at the front and when we talked it honestly felt like I was catching up with an old friend. The staff are kind and authentically themselves. No corporate vibes here, just really chill folk who obviously enjoy working there. The bar tender who served us at the book shop was equally friendly, and we received excellent service from management when we asked for blankets late at night. If we had more down time during our trip, I would have loved to rested longer at the hotel. Long story short, I’m a budget conscious mom of two teens, and I would gladly visit the Sonesta Royal for our next family trip. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Katie Dorman

We had a fantastic stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Robin at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was quick and effortless, and they took the time to answer our questions and make us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their positive attitude and exceptional customer service really set the tone for our stay. Robin is a true asset to the hotel, and we really appreciate the outstanding hospitality.
