The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The location can’t be beat—close to everything. Robin and the other front desk people couldn’t do enough for you. They could use a clock in the room and a hand towel rack next to the sink, but otherwise great. They have a deal with the cab co for a $55 flat rate to the airport which is very nice.

From the jump, Noble and all the staff were phenomenal. Super helpful! Convenient valet for parking. The room was spacious and very nice. Food was good at the Bookstore and Bar down by the lobby. Walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend!

Location was amazing, close to the piers and all of downtown’s best sites. However, as soon as you walk into the lobby, the smell/odor is not pleasant. We thought it wouldn’t be that way inside the room but it was worse once we stepped into the room, we actually considered leaving that same night to another hotel but because we got there at midnight we decided to call it a night but it was hard to fall asleep with such bad odor (strong smell of a very old building that doesn’t properly let air flow). Something that was telling on the hygiene of the hotel was the restrooms in the lobby, for 2 straight days, they were very dirty as if they weren’t cleaned in days. They could do better to manage the smell and make it cleaner.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly. The second time we stayed at the hotel, Noble gave us an incredible upgrade. The room and sound views were stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seattle!
