Reviews for Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle

Personable Staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

I had a great experience at The Alexis during my last trip to Seattle. I was honestly so tired and stressed that day from traveling and last minute preparations. Dylan made me feel very welcome and understood. I've never really noticed service at hotels before but Dylan stood out to me as someone who took the time to be personable, welcoming, patient and professional on a day that I was very exhausted and flustered. The room was stunning and I slept like the dead that night. The location was great for accessing all the perks of the city too!

Overnight Stay

This hotel is close to everything. It’s quiet, safe, affordably priced, and clean. Also, it’s just a block away from the ferry. We’ve stayed here multiple times. Noble at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Also, the staff takes pride in the hotel’s history and upkeep. I highly suggest!

I love this hotel and prices were not bad. The beds were really comfortable and the service even more amazing. Rickey helped me and my husband with luggage and also gave a coupon to this delicious restaurant called Vons. He is a genuine young man who knows how to make you feel at home.
