Solid hotel experience in Seattle
Right by the water and close to the concert venue I booked my Seattle trip for. Staff are friendly and helpful. The establishment as a whole is clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Noise was no issue when trying to sleep at night. Would certainly recommend to others, as well as consider future bookings myself.

A beautiful hotel complimented by a service-forward team.
We just wrapped up an amazing stay at The Edgewater today. It is beautiful and right on the water. We were able to see the Space Needle from our first room, and the water from our room in the second night. In the distance we could even see Mount Rainer! Damienne & Otley greeted us for a seamless check in process on our first night. And a special thank you to Ryan for getting us in a beautiful room early on our second night, your service was genuine and we greatly appreciated that. The hospitality here is unmatched! Everyone we interacted with was incredibly welcoming and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Iconic location. Off the path just enough to have it quite safe and relaxing. They decorated the lobby with beautiful fall decor. The front desk person Francesco was super helpful. Very friendly, helpful and upgraded our room to water front (booked through American Express but still) He went out of his way to make us feel very welcomed and special. Thank you to Francesco he made our stay here at the edgewater even better

26 years later, still great!
We first stayed at The Edgewater in 1999 on a friend’s recommendation and loved it. Nice room, right on the water. Now we’re back in 2025, and the hotel hasn’t lost a beat. The hotel clearly stays on top of keeping the rooms fresh. Excellent bar. Good espresso drinks at The Brim. Staff is delightful.
