Historic Hotel Experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 hours ago

Enjoyed the stay in Seattle for 3 nights...had a view of the water and boat activity. Only regret is I wished we had asked for a room further down the hallway so we could have seen more of the mountains and less of the working harbor, but the view of Mt. Rainer was spectacular. Staff was friendly and the room was clean...loved the open shower.

Poor service, poor management

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 19 hours ago

For a hotel as costly as this, our experience was very poor. We came into a room in which the toilet was not flushed and full of toilet paper and waste. A dirty wash cloth was in the tub. Only 1 coffee cup was available. We had to use a drinking glass for coffee. When I brought these problems to the attention of the manager he promised a $100 credit. That never appeared. I’ve reached out 3 times and no one responds. I would not recommend this hotel.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

Definitely recommend this hotel for the great views and wonderful staff. Bloody Mary's were a perfect start to the day. Restaurant staff was especially outstanding! Go see Stella & Michael, for sure!

Charming Hotel

Excellent location if you are traveling by ferry. Beware of room placement - they could have placed us in a decent room when we first checked in, but it took a request for room change (same class). Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.

Great view and location with a fun vibe

Hotel location is great. Fun vibe and staff were lovely. Rooms are tight and noise transfers but overall a decent stay
