Valet Drivers
Hotel was very nice. I would suggest an upstairs room. The person above us was extremely noisy especially in the middle of the night. Hotel management addressed the issue, however it all started over again the next night. Location is very good and the staff was great. The valet drivers were the best I’ve seen in 20 years. Polite and respectful. They alone would make me choose the Edgewater hotel.

Unsatisfactory
Horrendous chemical smell masking mildew or mold. Room changed. Shade fell down and was hit in the head. City view was parking lot with a car parked right in front of window. Charged for a snak that was never taken from the bar-very deceitful. Manager credited resort fee and supposedly took off the $8.00 received a ZERO balance invoice to only be charged the $8.00. I requested a new invoice that showed a ZERO balance and when I left they still charged me $8.00 which was infuriating and deceitful.

Perfect stay for UW parents and students
This hotel is wonderful. They took amazing care of my kid, who is a college student at UW. Noor at the desk is wonderful, and the meals and rooms were perfect. This is a special hotel in Seattle.

Avoid this place
The A/C for all the hotel rooms was broken, according to the front desk. To make it worse, the fireplace in our room was also broken, making the room unbearable to sleep in. Another broken item was the fridge in the room, which froze all of our purchased drinks and caused them to burst overnight. Luckily the exploded drinks didn't wake us up since we were already awake due to the temperature of the room. Previous reviews mention issues with the A/C so this is clearly a common issue they are not addressing.

Wonderful experience
Very accommodating staff. Friendly. Great views of bay. On-site restaurant - expensive, but very good. Huge meal portions, most could be shared comfortably.
