Grand Hyatt Seattle

The location was convenient, and the hotel room was lovely. Unfortunately, there was an extreme safety issue since the 30 floor building only had one of four functioning elevators. It created quite a bit of stress and significantly impacted the guest experience by severely restricting how much time it took to leave your room floor and to return to it in a timely way.

Fantastic hotel experience with exceptional customer service and perfectly decorated and spotless rooms. Everything from the profession is of the front desk to wonderful housekeeping, it was an honor to stay at this property.

Perfect location to public market ,link, all of downtown. Ease of walking to restaurants etc. Nice and friendly staff.

Apart from one morning when I couldn't get an answer to get a breakfast in my room everything was good. The staff in all areas were very friendly, the room always restocked and tidied nicely every morning and the servers who brought the breakfasts were very nice and helpful.

The service was great. The staff was great. The rooms were clean. The 2 of the 4 elevators were broken... very long wait times trying to get up to your room with lines forming in the lobby.
