First Visit

Good location. Room lovely. Breakfast good variety. When we checked in were not given breakfast vouchers but rectified on our first breakfast. We were charged twice for our 2 night stay but this was eventually sorted and refunded. Overall a nice hotel and would stay again.

Clueless in Seattle

The hotel, location staff and amenities are all worthy of 5 stars. However, this location's fee structure would be worthy of Ryan Air. There is a $25 daily charge to provide WiFi. Each service includes also 20% service fee - 85% of which goes to the service staff and 15% to the hotel presumably to distribute the money. Then they ask you on the bill for a tip. Breakfast is $32 each. Our first breakfast for two cost $94 after including taxes. My companion had a muffin and a piece of fruit. The venue used to be on the roof but has been moved to a first floor storefront during renovations. Today due to a private brunch function the Hilton buffet was moved to a conference room. Being a diamond member I got a $15 discount, and a coupon for a free beer or glass of wine. For our return stay we have chosen a different hotel.

Dark room; expensive breakfast

Stayed here one night while awaiting embarkation at Pier 91 on Cunard Queen Elizabeth II cruise to Alaska. Hotel is a few blocks walk to Pike Place Market, souvenir and other retail shops. However, my room 603 was dark with only three table lamps for illumination. Bed was good. Breakfast was a different elevator from the fourth floor to the ground leva of a building on a rear street (construction being done). And that buffet breakfast cost me $42.37. The omelet was good but not that good. There is an Elephant and Castle pub below street level at the front of the hotel. No interior access, only concrete steps down from the exterior sidewalk.

Good choice

This hotel was in a good location, just a short walk from the subway. When we arrived, our chosen room wasn’t ready but they immediately found a similar room which we could get into straight away. Beds were very comfortable. We left early so didn’t have breakfast.

We arrived to the hotel around 11:45 pm on 6/21. When we got here the hotel staff instructed us that the system was shut down . Nate and Tara were the perfect pair . They kept us abreast of what was going on throughout the wait . We probably waited around for about an hour and then Nate said they were gonna try to use another computer to get into our room - and viola , he did just that ! Tara walked us up to our room using the hotel pass key ! We had a wonderful nights rest . When the keys were ready , the morning shift notified us and we got our keys and proceeded to have a delightful breakfast at the buffet ! Any organization should be happy to have Tara and Nate working for them - the ultimate professionals !
