Poor bang for your buck
We have used Hilton properties for years and have never seen the fjollowing. We arrived at the hotel around 2:00PM. Our room was ready, however we could not check into the room before 4:00 without an additonal $36.00 charge."They said"check in time is 4:00" Please keep in mind, we had already spent $300 plus dollars for the room. This was a first as in the past I have been a Diamond member and have never seen this upcharge

Seattle is amazing!
Our experience at the Hilton Motif was amazing! We arrived off of a early flight, Catie at the front desk greeted us and was so accommodating, gave us a beautiful room with a beautiful view, a great way to start our first day in Seattle!

Service is Motel 6, not Hilton
Nice rooms, but service is a disaster. ONE person working the front desk on days when cruise ships are coming and going. Literally 20 people in line at check in AND check out. Poor staff tried hard but they were overwhelmed. And the basically-unusable (restaurant closed, our stay was short, etc) $30 "destination fee" is insulting, too. One reason we are seeking out hotels that don’t deal with this nonsense.
