Great service and excellent food

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and staff were so helpful and accommodating with our food allergies — special shout out to the breakfast and lunch team — Justin, Bobby, Robert, Sabrina, Nabin, and Coven. Thank you!!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay. This hotel is located with walking distance of the convention center. It took me an estimated 6-7 minutes to walk to the convention center, taking traffic lights into consideration. Check in was amazing, quick, and the front desk was very informative. I stayed in a room with a view of the water, room 1807. The sunrises were absolutely stunning from this room. The in hotel restaurant has good room service. I only ordered room service twice for breakfast. Order said that it would take about 25 minutes and I received my food, both times, within 15 mins. Had a great stay, in a clean room with a comfortable bed, with an amazing view from the window. This hotel was a great choice. I will come back in the future.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone! Location: amazing. In the heart of Seattle and just blocks away from everything - pikes place, 5th avenue theater, food, coffee, breweries, the water. Atmosphere: decent - a dated modern feel. The room: this trip, the room I was given was tiny but still functional. The walls seemed to block noise, but the door didn’t seem to dampen any noise that was going on in the hallway. We didn’t have obnoxious neighbors, but I could tell when they were coming and going when I way just laying on the bed with the tv on. Value: for the location and proximity to things, great! Parking is ridiculous but what else would you expect in downtown Seattle. Cleanliness: nothing to complain about. The room was clean, and smelled good. The elevator was clean. The lobby was clean and in order. The restaurant was nice and neat and so was the bar. Service: good service. I’m used to slightly friendlier people, but I would still say great service, kind interactions. Overall: I continue to chose to stay here because A) I’m committed to getting my Hilton rewards points, B) the location is great C) it’s close to where I need to be for work D) lovely bar and restaurant and E) the beds /pillows are comfy and I seem to always get a good night sleep here.

Check in/out process was seamless. Room was nice with a beautiful ocean view. Mustafa* and Mohammad were awesome. Both were attentive, patient, and friendly. Restaurant was incredible. We ate there for breakfast and dinner and it did not disappoint. Not to mention a rooftop space is opening soon - can't wait!
