Hilton Motif Seattle

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown near many stores (Nordstorm, Target) and a ~7 minutes walk to the Pike Place Market (where the world's first Starbucks is located). The hotel looked a bit dated but check-in was smooth. Hotel parking was pricey at ~$75 ($60.25 + ~25% tax) per night but the underground parking garage elevator provided direct access to the hotel lobby. We also checked a couple of public garages nearby with lower hourly rates but unfortunately none offered in-and-out privileges. Bed was comfortable. However the in-room HVAC system took a long time to reach the desired temperatures. Also housekeeping forgot to replenish toiletries (Kleenex, toilet paper, handsoap bar) after cleaning the room on one day. The Frolik Kitchen on the 5th floor was a nice place to relax. The restaurant offered both lounge and rooftop dining options. We enjoyed having breakfast there to start our day and kicked back with drinks in the late afternoon before heading out to dinner. Here is a quick shout-out to Ebony at the front desk for her assistance which made our stay at the Hilton more enjoyable. She is a pleasant customer-facing employee with a great attitude! Awful experience. They don’t provide a duvet cover for the duvet. Only bed sheets. The bedding was dirty and it was difficult to reach the front desk with the room phone. House keeping was not responsive and it took them a few hours to deliver things. The manager didn’t provide any solution to the problems they caused.

Great location and very nice rooms. Ebony at the front desk was a huge help with storing luggage, adjusting my check out time, and replenishing my bathroom shampoos. Kudos to her and the whole staff. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!

We had a lovely stay at the Motif in Seattle. One of the highlights of the hotel is their 5th floor restaurant and bar with a really nice outdoor space. Michelle waited on us several nights and she was kind, prompt and very tolerant of our many requests. Highly recommend.

Great, centrally located hotel. About a 5 minute walk from the light rail, Target and Pike Place. We had a room with two beds and it was quite spacious. Staff were super helpful, we needed our cruise tags printed and they happily helped. Had breakfast in the restaurant, a little pricey but delicious.
