We stayed at Hotel 1000 to celebrate my birthday week, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The location was ideal—within walking distance of Pike Place Market and many other attractions, which made exploring Seattle easy and convenient. A highlight of our stay was the exceptional service. Crystal was an absolute godsend. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. She remained consistently courteous and helpful throughout our stay, offering great recommendations and insights that really enhanced our trip. The hotel also went above and beyond to make my birthday special. The concierge surprised us with a bottle of wine and some delicious chocolates, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room had a beautiful view where we could see both Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park right from the window—such a treat! The food was also a standout. Breakfast was outstanding—hands down the best pancakes I’ve ever had. They were light, fluffy, and full of flavor, topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries. We enjoyed breakfast through room service one morning, and it was so good that we had to go down to the restaurant another day just to have it again. The hotel’s happy hour was also a treat—the pilani shrimp, cooked in garlic butter, were seasoned to perfection. Thanks to Crystal and the rest of the Hotel 1000 team, our stay was seamless, memorable, and truly celebratory. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

We loved this hotel. We booked with the AmEx FHR program, and my husband is a Hilton Gold member. To our surprise we received the credits of both programs. $100, plus $60 breakfast to be used in the restaurant *and $50 a day gold benefit. One thing to note - we 'topped up' our tips at restaurants to get to that $50, or 60 breakfast, tipping far more than we normally would. We were told when we checked out that the credits cannot be applied to tips at all, so that is something that should have been explained to us when we arrived, not when we left. We would have used them, then tipped separately. We did not get a room upgrade, but we were there 3 nights in a row. The hotel staff were great, they even surprised us with a treat in the room since we were celebrating an anniversary. The corner suite was spacious and had a good desk space for my husband who was working online, plenty of room in the bathroom etc. In room coffees were very good. All the restaurants were good, the bar area off the lobby is expensive but unique and we had good service. There is a better happy hour special at the All Water restaurant with what we thought were better offers and definitely better chairs. The service in the All Water was off every single day though. We had part of our order forgotten, or something was done incorrectly literally every time we ate there. However, we were in vacation mode and it didn't bother us, at the end of the day the food was very good and service was decent enough. The hotel staff were excellent, friendly and obviously trained to be accomodating. We had a free night award with Hyatt that was expiring so we moved on our last night in town to the Regency. Huge mistake, it was a big downgrade even though the Hyatt runs around $500 on a Friday night. We should have stayed at LXR and we will return there next time in Seattle!

Our stay here was outstanding and the location is excellent. The hotel is only two blocks from the water. We want to leave a shout out to Crystal at the front desk. She made our stay with her friendly and very positive attitude. The restaurant at this hotel is good and so is the gym. We definitely will stay here again.

Very disappointed in our stay here. The room was covered in fruit flies and the bed was terrible! We also paid for this with points, and despite assuring us multiple times they were only putting a deposit charge on our card, they wound up charging us for the entire stay! Thankfully our bank sorted it out with them and we got our money back, but the entire administrative staff seemed disorganized. Especially disappointing since it is in such a great location. The staff who helped us retrieve things like extra blankets and the valets were very nice and helpful, but we won't be staying here again.

We enjoyed an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was so welcoming, attentive from the front desk to every day welcoming at the front door. Every Employee represented the hotel in every aspect .. Sara ( Concierge) Alexis ( bar/ restaurateur) all the front bell men...We will definitely return for a great experience in Seattle.

Thank you so much for your great staff, food, amenities, and amazing attention to detail including decor, a window in my room that opens, wonderful quality bath products and towels, deep soaking tubs, and two waters in my rental car cup holder when I left! I checked in late at night and left very early for a meeting. I have stayed at MANY hotels in Seattle and yours is by far the best. I will make your hotel my Seattle base from now on. Thanks so much.

My first visit to Seattle and I couldn’t have been happier that we chose to stay with Hotel 1000. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly and the food in the BOKA lounge was fantastic! I only wish you were in Victoria so I could eat there all the time. The Ahi Tuna Poke was a favorite and the Mac & Cheese was a close second. Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely left a positive impression. We enjoyed our evening there so much we came back on our second night there. Our server was very nice as well, unfortunately I do not remember her name. I will be recommending your hotel to everyone and can’t wait to get to come back myself!

I work for Expedia so I stay in Seattle a lot. I always come back to Hotel 1000 mainly because the staff there really make a difference. I came with my family this time and we could not have felt more welcome. They had a wonderful time and felt so comfortable in the hotel, and that is due to the great staff and terrific atmosphere you have in the hotel. You should feel very proud of everyone on your team, they make such a difference to the customers experience of staying in Seattle!
