Hotel 1000 Seattle

Booked via Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, never been let down by one of these properties until now, this hotel does not belong in the portfolio. The room was fine, however the service lacked at every turn. The shower handle fell apart, we had housekeeping knock on the door at 8am despite the do not disturb sign out and the light on, poor front of house staff, food and beverage staff was uninformed and uninspired. Honor bar and in room coffee were not restocked once throughout our stay even after bringing it to the attention of the front desk. Across the board this hotel does not live up to what it is billed as. Comfortable bed and a decent view, can’t say another positive thing. The icing on the cake came at check out when we were offered 25,000 points for the lack luster stay, I accepted and never would have written this review, however the points never arrived and now the hotel will not return my calls. If you are expecting a luxury property with the staff and service that comes with that do not stay here, there are far better options in Seattle, do not make the same mistake we did.

I stayed at Hotel 1000 in Seattle, and Crystal made my entire experience unforgettable! From check-in to checkout, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care stood out the most — she truly made me feel welcome and valued. Thank you, Crystal, for turning an ordinary stay into something special! The food is also amazing! The civiche is my favorite!

My friend and I had an excellent experience at Hotel 1000, especially thanks to Vieagus. Excellent service and a beautiful room, we will return next time we're in Seattle. Also, they have a lovely spa. We had several services and really enjoyed our treatments and the products used.

Hotel 1000 in Seattle was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect from the room to the staff to the location. My wife and I definitely want to have a huge shout out to the doorman Steven, front desk personnel: James, Heather, and Crystal. Our room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff once again was amazing and brought up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our 15 year wedding anniversary. The restaurant connected to the hotel was absolutely amazing as well. My wife and I cannot stress how awesome this hotel was.

I would like to take moment to thank Crystal at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. She printed out day trips from Seattle that we're amazing . She helped arranged for our car and made the whole thing effortless . Her enthusiasm was infectious She had been to the places she recommended. We will always be grateful to her. As I move on to Macaria she wanted to make sure everything was wonderful for us and made sure she checked on anything we would need. She was just amazing and we're so grateful to her for just being there. I have no words for the kindness they offered us Sincerely Elizabeth Paterson
