First time at this brand and this property. Pros Location - near the water, short walk to market All Water - one of two restaurants and the one that seems most affiliated with the property. Great staff, rally good seven day a week happy hour (drinks, oysters only for food). The breakfast was good but not great and a bit pricey, even for a downtown Seattle hotel. Staff - generally very good if not a bit overwhelmed if it’s busy Room service - been awhile since I saw anywhere that has 24h room service even if it’s just a few things (didn’t order) Too - did a paid upgrade and room was good size, nice bathroom, one window that opened which is always nice What I didn’t love personally… Check in was a bit rough, arrived before posted check in time and was told our room was ready but needed a final inspection that should take no less than 30 mins. Went for walk and late lunch, came back and no change in status almost two hours later. Assured any minute and we would indeed get a text message - mentioned would wait in bar. Almost an hour after posted check in went back to front desk and room was ready. This could have been done a bit better but not a big deal. TV - limited channel selection compared to most hotels so if you’re looking for a specific sporting event or something, may have to go elsewhere. Hot water - seemed to be running low mid morning, not terrible but needed full on hot for shower Ice - there is no ice available for guests. If you want ice, you have to call for it. It shows up (very quickly) as small ziploc bag that looks like someone has shoved a handful of bar ice into a bag. Apparently, as a “premium” brand they do t have guest accessible ice machines. I’ve run across this before but never had to get a ziploc bag of ice - there are so many better ways to do this! As a Diamond, decent daily F&B credit - seems like almost no properties (at least in N.A.) have any sort of welcome amenity any more - again not a big deal. They also have a mini bar which is unusual these days. Would have preferred a fridge or in addition for water etc. They seem to do turndown service which is also rare! All in all, I would stay here again

Iconic was absolutely amazing! She needs a raise! From the moment of walking into the restaurant I felt so special! It was my birthday and I treated like a queen! The wine and oysters were top notch! Will be back..also from Chicago! :) Thank you!

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. My husband and I arrived very late and were greeted warmly and given a lovely room. Beds were very comfortable and the coffee in the room was delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at their restaurant downstairs. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel has an inviting modern atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. The housekeeping was next level and the room was spacious and felt like an apartment, ie a couch instead of a couple of single chairs, instead of a hotel room. I would be remiss not to mention one exceptional concierge, Alexandria, a fellow tea-lover in a city of espresso beans. She spent oodles of time helping me figure out where I could get the perfect cup just before dinner and I truly appreciated her enthusiasm and warmth in helping me with my small but most necessary mission. I would absolutely stay here again because of the central location, the can-do attitude of the staff and vibe of relaxed luxury.

All water was awesome great service and food. Iconic was an amazing server and provided amazing customer service. The food was awesome!!!
