Hotel 1000 Seattle

Came here just for a night with my partner and wanted to specifically call out Crystal at the front desk for being incredibly helpful during check in and making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, Eneyda at the All Water for taking care of our breakfast when it didn't come out quite right the first time. We'll for sure be back

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The property is absolutely beautiful, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible guest service team. Arel, Macaria, Jordan, and Yanci went above and beyond with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Their outstanding service turned a great hotel into an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Horrible . Drove up to valet . No one outside , and no door man. Went it , to a complaining front desk person. Finally get checked in and the elevators were nasty dirty. If I had not been tired , I would have checked out and found another hotel. Wake up in the am, called concierge , valet , front desk, and room service - no answer anywhere . Use my Mobil phone next to call hotel , still no answer . Call amx and enlist their help. Unreal. No answers , no room service , so help with bags , Amex should pull this dump off the fine hotel and resorts . And to boot , even Amex could not find a manager to speak with . Apparently for this incompetence level, it's takes management to address it - also next level absurd.

Everything was perfect. Hotel was top notch. Vieagus at the Front Desk was great. Rooms are amazing. Restaurant was amazing. Location was amazing.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel 1000. During check-in, I mentioned to at check in when giving my ID I was working on my birthday which Kevin at the front had overheard, and shortly after arriving in my room, I received a dessert with a handwritten note such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The room layout was gorgeous, and housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping everything clean and refreshed with fresh towels I never had to ask for anything. The in-room coffee was also excellent. I was in Seattle on a work trip teaching hospitality courses, so experiencing this level of care was especially meaningful. Kevin’s attention to detail turned a simple moment into a memorable one. Hotel 1000 has earned my loyalty, and I will absolutely stay here again.
