Hilton Diamond here. Stayed here for two nights recently with family. BLUF - had a good stay with a few odd quirks. THE GOOD: - Got in at midnight due to a flight delay. The staff on duty was super attentive and went above and beyond to check me in and provide me with amenities. Can't say enough good things about them. - Got great advice and tips from valet staff when discussing rideshares vs taxis. - Had breakfast at the restaurant and it was phenomenal. THE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT / ODDITIES - Closet lights not working so had maintenance come look at it and found out it had no light bulbs. Maintenance man said he would come back with bulbs but never came back. - Bathroom sink faucet does not extend to center of sink. When you turn water on to wash your hands, water will splash on to counter and flood everywhere. Water soaked into the tissue box and wet all the tissues in there so we had to ask for another one. We jerry-rigged a fix for this by taking one of the medium size towels to make a temporary barrier around the faucet handles. Wish I had taken a picture. Not something you should have to do in a luxury establishment. - Window faced a office building which was EXTREMELY close, maybe 15 feet away. Nothing you can do about that but just want to give other folks a heads up. - Hot water for shower and sink took about 15 minutes to heat up and flow. Again, not something you would expect from a luxury establishment.

Took a much needed staycation for 2 nights, the last weekend in July, as a Seattle local it was a splurge to be able to play tourist in my own town. We had arranged for a spa day when we arrived, and were absolutely spoiled by Amanda, Carmela, and Falline. My partner and I had a our own private locker room with a shower and sauna for personal use, so we could relax before/between/after our services, and we were spoiled, with snacks and tea. Luxurious robes were provided, and fresh towels supplied after every service. The Seattle Signature Body Treatment package was pure bliss, and the most decadent way to start a vacation. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a comfy bed, and small couch by the window with a water view over a couple buildings, we could see the Ferries coming/going, and the Ferris Wheel on the waterfront which was only a couple blocks away, walking distance to Pioneer Square, Pike Place, Waterfront very easily. I felt like we definitely got what we paid for. Our tub was HUGE! I'd planned a morning tour at the market, so I had ordered ahead for a Luxurious Bath from the spa to be delivered during that adventure. While we were out, the spa folks brought up a bath tray with a large beautiful bath bomb, tasty snacks, flowers from the market, and a cucumber blend ginger ale from Rachel's Ginger Beer (we don't drink alcohol, usually it includes wine/champagne with the bath) which was delicious, and 2 different scrub brushes... as 2 adults in our 40s we were able to comfortably share the bath, to relax luxuriously after our tour, and it was one of the best things I decided to spend my money on, for the weekend. The restaurant downstairs served an impeccable breakfast experience, and I'm highly envious of the condo owners who live above the hotel. House keeping took care of our messes and turn down beautifully, and staff moved moved quickly when I called up for extra pillows, and ice for our drinks. If you're looking for a spa/stay, 10/10.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel pre cruise. No hot water or tv. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Very disappointing

Our experience at Hotel 1000 was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Brian, the gentleman who checked us in, truly went above and beyond. We had arrived early for the start of our honeymoon, and while no rooms were available at that moment, Brian assured us he would do everything possible to accommodate us. True to his word, he called us right after breakfast and had us checked in before we knew it—perfect timing after our exhausting red-eye flight. But that wasn't all! To elevate our stay, Brian also arranged for a delightful bottle of wine and a selection of snacks to be delivered to our room, making us feel like royalty. The restaurant at the hotel was equally fabulous, offering a dining experience that we won't soon forget. We can't wait to return to Seattle and stay at Hotel 1000 again!

I booked the hotel through Hilton for a 4 night stay before a cruise My sister-in-law made q separate reservation, also through Hilton, for a 3 night stay with the same start date. We both have the same last name. My husband and I had no problems checking in. However, my sister-in-law's reservation somehow was screwed up: it was visible in the my sister-in-law's Hilton app and apparently also in the hotel reservation system, but the hotel staff could not access it. My brother and sister-in-law were kept waiting for over an hour before the staff figured out how to check them in. I found out later that evening that what the staff had done to resolve the problem with my sister-in-law's reservation was to make a bogus reservation in MY name. I found this out when I received an email containing a zero bill and went down to the lobby to ask what it was about. The person at the desk apparently assumed that I had made both reservations together, and I clarified that no, the reservations were made at different times by two different people who happened to have the same last name. At the time I was just happy that my relatives were checked in and that the bogus bill was zero, but in retrospect it seems rather strange that they could not handle two different reservations with the same last name and that they would create a fake reservation in a guest's name without informing the guest. Our remaining stay was pleasant with a small problem that my sister-in-law had a minor issue at check-out getting credit for a breakfast that should have been included with the room. However, when my sister-in-law got home and went through her credit card charges she saw that Hotel 1000 had overcharged her by $1702. She had not previously looked carefully at her entire emailed invoice. When she did she discovered a line that was labeled "Refund" but had the $1702 in the "Charges" column. When she called, the hotel admitted it was a mistake and the overcharge was refunded to her credit card, but they did not explain the mistake. A previous reviewer commented "please don't make me question every charge when it should just be done correctly the first time". Yes. But it looks to me that there's something strange going on with the hotel's reservations and billing system and that guests who stay here should double check their bill.

Thank you so much for your great staff, food, amenities, and amazing attention to detail including decor, a window in my room that opens, wonderful quality bath products and towels, deep soaking tubs, and two waters in my rental car cup holder when I left! I checked in late at night and left very early for a meeting. I have stayed at MANY hotels in Seattle and yours is by far the best. I will make your hotel my Seattle base from now on. Thanks so much.

My first visit to Seattle and I couldn’t have been happier that we chose to stay with Hotel 1000. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly and the food in the BOKA lounge was fantastic! I only wish you were in Victoria so I could eat there all the time. The Ahi Tuna Poke was a favorite and the Mac & Cheese was a close second. Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely left a positive impression. We enjoyed our evening there so much we came back on our second night there. Our server was very nice as well, unfortunately I do not remember her name. I will be recommending your hotel to everyone and can’t wait to get to come back myself!

I work for Expedia so I stay in Seattle a lot. I always come back to Hotel 1000 mainly because the staff there really make a difference. I came with my family this time and we could not have felt more welcome. They had a wonderful time and felt so comfortable in the hotel, and that is due to the great staff and terrific atmosphere you have in the hotel. You should feel very proud of everyone on your team, they make such a difference to the customers experience of staying in Seattle!
