Just Earned a Loyal Client
I had an incredible stay at Hotel 1000. During check-in, I mentioned to at check in when giving my ID I was working on my birthday which Kevin at the front had overheard, and shortly after arriving in my room, I received a dessert with a handwritten note such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The room layout was gorgeous, and housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping everything clean and refreshed with fresh towels I never had to ask for anything. The in-room coffee was also excellent. I was in Seattle on a work trip teaching hospitality courses, so experiencing this level of care was especially meaningful. Kevin’s attention to detail turned a simple moment into a memorable one. Hotel 1000 has earned my loyalty, and I will absolutely stay here again.

Downtown Family Fun
We had a great stay at the Hotel 1000. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. One of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time with exceptional customer service from Crystal and Vieagus at the front desk with checking in and assisting during our visit; and Eneyda and Jasmine helping our dinners and breakfasts be an event and not just another meal. Eneyda went out of her way to talk to the chef to help my daughter find a meal she highly enjoyed! It was an easy walk to all of the water front attractions, and only minutes by Uber to the public transit Link and Sounder. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and we will return during our next visit to the Emerald City!

Hospitality in abundance here!!!
My stay at this beautiful hotel was positively impacted by the warm hospitality. Crystal at the front desk was absolutely amazing and was very helpful with some travel related changes I needed help with. Her warm hospitality will keep me coming back to this hotel.

Such a nice property everyone was nice and attentive, bartenders gave us a lot of recommendations which were great by the way! Vieagus was on top of it at the front desk.

Relaxing and fun
From check in to check out everything was amazing. The hotel is decorated for the holidays and brought festive cheer to our stay. Vieagus was very helpful.

Thank you so much for your great staff, food, amenities, and amazing attention to detail including decor, a window in my room that opens, wonderful quality bath products and towels, deep soaking tubs, and two waters in my rental car cup holder when I left! I checked in late at night and left very early for a meeting. I have stayed at MANY hotels in Seattle and yours is by far the best. I will make your hotel my Seattle base from now on. Thanks so much.

My first visit to Seattle and I couldn’t have been happier that we chose to stay with Hotel 1000. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly and the food in the BOKA lounge was fantastic! I only wish you were in Victoria so I could eat there all the time. The Ahi Tuna Poke was a favorite and the Mac & Cheese was a close second. Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely left a positive impression. We enjoyed our evening there so much we came back on our second night there. Our server was very nice as well, unfortunately I do not remember her name. I will be recommending your hotel to everyone and can’t wait to get to come back myself!

I work for Expedia so I stay in Seattle a lot. I always come back to Hotel 1000 mainly because the staff there really make a difference. I came with my family this time and we could not have felt more welcome. They had a wonderful time and felt so comfortable in the hotel, and that is due to the great staff and terrific atmosphere you have in the hotel. You should feel very proud of everyone on your team, they make such a difference to the customers experience of staying in Seattle!
