My stay at Hotel 1000 had been absolutely wonderful. Since I stepped in, Sarah at Concierge/Front desk took a great care of me and as it was still in the morning and my room was not ready, she was very helpful with suggestions for some activities. When I got back in the afternoon, I was treated with grace and got upgraded with my room category. I personally want to thank Eric and Lukas from Front desk again for providing such a great service and paying attention to the smallest details. It means a lot. I had a chance to grab dinner in the All Water restaurant, where again it was such a pleasure to be served by their staff. Eric was a great bartender, giving lots of recommendations on food and local beers. It felt like a family hotel. Breakfast is an a'lacarte option, prepared to high standards and gives a great kick for the day. Thanks again and will be back when in Seattle!

Great service, of special note the room cleaning staff were amazing and went above and beyond (to our personal preferences) on every occasion. As I am on the nightwatch in my family, I can especially speak to the amazing, comforting, and personal attention of the night staff. Specifically I'd like to shout out Edwardo The Night Manager, who's kindness and humor was a consistent soft port in the chaos storm.

We were greeted nicely and offered an upgrade. However, we needed two beds and of course the pull-out couch didn't have sheets. My husband went to the desk and housekeeping was to deliver them- they never arrived. Room was cleaned very nicely for our two-night stay. Upon check out we had been charged for our upgrade without being told and our status allows for upgrades so that had to be fixed. We are still working on getting our 50.00 per day allowance fixed since I was told at checkout it will be applied and of course it isn't. Overall, the stay went ok. Just please don't make me question every charge when it should just be done correctly the first time. We had to request ice to our room which is annoying, but it was promptly delivered.

We chose this hotel because it was a top-ranked hotel on TripAdvisor. It is clean and decently located, though there is audible early morning street noise, and there are no views from our room (just the side of a building), but our main grievance is the awkward design. The bathroom is separated only by clear glass (you can stand there and wait for the electronic shade to close, but light still shines into the bedroom); the toilet room frosted glass door does not close, so essentially you have no privacy. The shower door leaks water all over the bathroom floor. The fridge is unusable because it is stocked with hotel room snacks for purchase. The safe in our room was broken. The armoires are in the far side of the room away from the entrance, and the clothing rods are mounted front to back instead of side to side, which makes zero sense. All these little quirky things made our stay less comfortable than it should have been, especially for the price we paid.

Somehow parking was 60.00 when I booked, but now it is 70.00. So parking was 100.00 for one night by the time you add in taxes and valet tip. Instead of giving water bottles, you get a water carafe. I just am not comfortable drinking water that is not sealed. Or a hotel that wants to tell me how to save the planet. I would rather have my own bottle and have a bin for recycling. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets and pillows were too. The tub was great as well. Yet for a top hotel, you have communal shampoo and conditioner etc. which, BTW, were not great products. I am not sure what products they were. The restaurant had awesome food, but I ordered a Cosmopolitan, which wasn't the best. I visited the spa which was not a full spa, but pretty small. No relaxation room or water unless they bring you a glass. There was a nice sauna, but no spa. Check in time was 4pm and our room was not ready until then. We did get a water view upgrade for being Hilton diamond members. We each enjoyed a cup of espresso in the morning because there was a coffee machine in the room. We did sleep and eat well, had nice baths and a relaxing time, which is the most important thing. Just expect everything to be 30% more with all the Seattle taxes.

Thank you so much for your great staff, food, amenities, and amazing attention to detail including decor, a window in my room that opens, wonderful quality bath products and towels, deep soaking tubs, and two waters in my rental car cup holder when I left! I checked in late at night and left very early for a meeting. I have stayed at MANY hotels in Seattle and yours is by far the best. I will make your hotel my Seattle base from now on. Thanks so much.

My first visit to Seattle and I couldn’t have been happier that we chose to stay with Hotel 1000. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly and the food in the BOKA lounge was fantastic! I only wish you were in Victoria so I could eat there all the time. The Ahi Tuna Poke was a favorite and the Mac & Cheese was a close second. Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely left a positive impression. We enjoyed our evening there so much we came back on our second night there. Our server was very nice as well, unfortunately I do not remember her name. I will be recommending your hotel to everyone and can’t wait to get to come back myself!

I work for Expedia so I stay in Seattle a lot. I always come back to Hotel 1000 mainly because the staff there really make a difference. I came with my family this time and we could not have felt more welcome. They had a wonderful time and felt so comfortable in the hotel, and that is due to the great staff and terrific atmosphere you have in the hotel. You should feel very proud of everyone on your team, they make such a difference to the customers experience of staying in Seattle!
