Mattress too soft.
Great location and customer service. Bed and pillows are too soft. TV is not a smart tv so you are limited on what to watch. Room was made up and very clean

Good not great
Room was great. I was in a deluxe king — great bed, well-stocked and reasonably priced minibar. Loved the plush robes with waffle weave on the outside and terry on the inside. Room had varied seating, well-placed plugs, and huge closet. Gym was too small and had a musty odor. Had plenty of treadmills but one bike and one elliptical, not impressive. Lola restaurant was excellent. I didn’t have a chance to go to dahlia bakery but everyone raved about it. Neighborhood was hit or miss. Tons of amazing coffee around but third ave didn’t necessarily feel safe even during the day.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with excellent service
We stayed here three nights and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were helpful throughout and ensured we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable with comfortable bathrooms. The hotel bar and restaurant, Lola, is excellent and always had a relaxed atmosphere

What a treat.
Great room. This was an unexpected treat. Lots of space. Nice sitting area. Wonderful bathroom comfy beds. Will stay again. Loved the bakery across the road and the Italian restaurant next door. Our stay could not have been better.

Some of the room design...
...features were a bit quirky, but overall it was fine. The bed was unusually low to the floor. A light hanging over the bar sink was oddly positioned very low at forehead level - doink! One spotlight on a pole had no on/off switch, and we couldn't find a wall switch that controlled it, so we unplugged it. The doorless shower with fixed glass combined with a single handle valve made it difficult to avoid a blast of cold water when first turning on the water. The overall sf size of our junior suite room was ample, but some bulky side chairs, table, and flat screen tv made the space feel cramped. Our room faced 4th Ave. and the soundproofing was good for most street traffic, except for a few late-night fire / police sirens which pierced right thru. The room was clean and the location was fine for our pre-cruise stay and for visiting a few downtown Seattle sights. Except for one homeless person interrupting our sidewalk dinner at the pizza restaurant directly across the street from the hotel, walking around was trouble-free. More hills than I was expecting though ;)
