Modern Elegance In The Epicenter of Innovation. Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own—through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences and distinctly high-touch service that’s simply unforgettable. Two buildings—one the embodiment of the city’s storied history, the other a sparkling modern tower—converging into one to create a reimagining of Seattle luxury. Abstract symbols and playful design elements are found throughout the hotel. Symbolic nods to the Northwest include rustic and timber motifs referencing Seattle’s origin story as a logging town, as well as hallway carpets and light fixtures featuring timber patterns and furnishings - from metal tables to rubbish bins - in the shape of logs. Among the must-sees: the front desk, crafted from a 3,000-year-old Sequoia tree log.

We had an overall good stay at the Lotte. The service was excellent, especially Arthur, who was both informative and friendly. The Lexus “house car” was a very useful amenity that we used multiple times. The only issue I had was the stinginess of the hotel when it came to the Amex FHR benefits that I booked the hotel with. Amex FHR includes many benefits, but the main ones are early 12pm check-in, late 4pm checkout, daily breakfast for 2, and a $100 property credit, that can usually be used for dining at the hotel. We weren’t able to get early check-in due to the hotel needing to turn the power off from 12-4pm for emergency maintenance. This wasn’t a big deal, even though we did arrive in the city close to noon. We were also given 4pm late check out, which is a very nice benefit. The issues we had were with the daily breakfast benefit, and the $100 property credit. The front desk told us the breakfast benefit was given as $72 per day at the Charlotte restaurant. We were also told the property credit could be used at the restaurant for dinner, or to cover any breakfast overages. We didn’t plan on eating dinner at the restaurant, so we really indulged ourselves on breakfast the first day. Our bill came with an automatic 20% service charge, along with tax (which I think was around 10%). Our check came to about $172, which is obviously a lot of breakfast, but there were 4 of us (my wife and kids), and while the restaurant food was good, it is definitely overpriced ($25 avocado toast for example). I knew the breakfast would be expensive, but I also figured my FHR benefits would cover the bill, so I wasn’t worried. The second day our bill was about $102. What we didn’t know was that neither the breakfast OR property credit could be applied to the taxes and service charges. Now, I’ve booked with FHR many times, and sometimes the hotel completely wipes off the breakfast bill at checkout (Hyatt also does this for globalists), but the other times I’ve been able to use the breakfast and hotel credit to cover all charges made at the restaurant. That wasn’t the case at the Lotte. So I ended up with $45 of the property credit that went unused. It’s obviously not a huge dollar figure, but it’s the idea that you’re supposed to be getting a “benefit” of property credits, that really just turn into coupons to use at an overpriced restaurant. The closer you get to using the full credit, the more you end up paying out of pocket with the 30% that is excluded. It’s definitely not a deal breaker, but I wouldn’t book this hotel again through FHR, because the benefits just don’t seem worth it.

Georgi provided unbelievable customer support. I showed up to Seattle not realizing had left my wallet in the car when my girlfriend dropped me off. She helped me at check in with me a link that allowed me to finish registration and use my card since I have the information saved on my Google wallet. A quick move at the right time that made everything instantly better. Thanks a ton Georgi!! It set the tone for a great stay.

The Lotte Seattle is such a great place. This was our second stay (most recent visit the weekend of January 23, 2026), and we absolutely love this hotel. This trip was for our anniversary, and we were excited to come back after staying the same weekend last year. Before our visit, we reached out to the hotel for ideas on what to do, and Melissa Stephens, the Guest Experience Manager, sent us several helpful documents with restaurant recommendations, things to do, and explanations of different neighborhoods. We used those to plan most of our activities. She also helped coordinate a surprise at check-in and arranged for champagne in our room to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and informative. Our room was excellent—very spacious, with a comfortable bed and floor‑to‑ceiling windows. The bathroom was large, the shower was huge, and we really liked the Molton Brown products. We were on a high floor with a view of the water and got to enjoy spectacular early sunsets both nights. There is a well‑equipped workout room, although we didn’t use it on this trip. There’s also a steam room and sauna; the only thing that would make it even better would be having a hot tub available to guests. Overall, thank you to the team for making our stay so special. We would absolutely love to stay here again.
