Modern Elegance In The Epicenter of Innovation. Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own—through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences and distinctly high-touch service that’s simply unforgettable. Two buildings—one the embodiment of the city’s storied history, the other a sparkling modern tower—converging into one to create a reimagining of Seattle luxury. Abstract symbols and playful design elements are found throughout the hotel. Symbolic nods to the Northwest include rustic and timber motifs referencing Seattle’s origin story as a logging town, as well as hallway carpets and light fixtures featuring timber patterns and furnishings - from metal tables to rubbish bins - in the shape of logs. Among the must-sees: the front desk, crafted from a 3,000-year-old Sequoia tree log.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. Arthur at the concierge desk was amazingly helpful. He really went out of his way to plan the perfect weekend trip for us. The first day we explored downtown Seattle. With Arthur‘s guidance, we were able to really pack a lot in. We saw the space needle, the museum of glass and garden and even attended a Polish Festival in the city center and had dinner at the pink door. The following day drove up a twisty mountain road to see spectacular views along the way, then we went whale watching and saw orcas. It was a truly amazing experience. Without Arthur’s help we would have never been able to fit all these great activities in!

The staff was great, starting from check-in to wait staff. They were always courteous and went out of their way to help. The food, especially at breakfast, was a high point. A buffet would be nice, but the a-la-carte menu had plenty and the portions were generous. Expensive, but all hotel food is. The design of the hotel is really strange. The rooms are small and not laid out well. The TV sits off to a side wall and although it does move out from the wall, you still have to look to the side to see it. They highlight the design, but there are so many mirrors that it's uncomfortable and inconvenient. There isn't a mirror at the sink. Instead, you have to turn around. What is in front of the sink is a window with blinds facing the bed. This of course means that the light shines directly into the room when someone is in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, the door in the toilet room has a full-length mirror that you face while sitting down. Can't understand for the life of me why anyone thinks that's a great design, as though one needs to watch oneself use the bathroom. That, coupled with the effectively non-existent wall, make the hotel uncomfortable enough that we wouldn't stay here again. Staff and food save it from a 2-star review, but it's a big miss for us.

One of the best hotel stays ever.. The restaurant was exceptional. Beautiful food and views. The room was perfectly located and very comfortable. Favorite part was the complimentary car service.

Couldn’t be happier with the hotel. Restaurant was great. Restaurant service was even better. Bar was nice. Front desk staff was friendly, but the best thing about the hotel was Arthur, who I believe was a Bellman, but he helped us with getting a car with the Lexus program. He could not have been any nicer, more friendly or more helpful.

The place is really gorgeous. It’s located on the 3 - 16 floors of an elegant downtown Seattle skyscraper. It’s conveniently located (about 8 bloocks or so from the Market. I appreciated the communication with the staff in advance of our stay to detail any particular preferences we had and to get local suggestions. Shout out to the ppgrade via Amex Travel! We had a corner suite that was very large and well laid out though I thought the armoires were in a bit of tight squeeze in the hall. There was, nevertheless, ample space for both of our clothing. Also the bathroom was simply great with a very nice soaking tub that I took advantage of. The presence of a half-bath is always a game changer. The service was excellent from start to finish. There is an issue with the valet in that it is a tight squeeze on that street. Plus there was an event so it was probably an out of the ordinary situation. The bar and restaurant were also tops! Shout out to Tyler and nNick in the bar/Lounge. They are both so passionate about what they do and also approachable and had great suggestions.
