Amazing stay!
Wonderful stay. Absolute gem of a hotel. Excellent staff and service. Room was immaculate. Great location. We enjoyed dining in the lounge and main restaurant. Beauiful views from Charlotte (the restaurant) and overall the 16th floor (main lobby) was a great vibe. Most important was the standout staff from Melissa at checkin to Arthur and others throughout the resort, we'll be back!

Business Area top notch hotel
Lovely clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds and amazing views. Staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are well appointed and have lots of amenities. Lotte Hotel Seattle is very convenient on foot for all the main sites, but they also offer a town car for use within 2 miles (Lexus, no less). The area feels safe and is great for either a business visit or vacation.

Great stay. Entire staff first class. Used the free shuttle service. Big thank you to Gino and Arthur. Also Antoine, Tory, Tyler and Gary. Will definitely return.

Great Experience
Had a wonderful stay at the Lotte Seattle. From the initial greeting, to the check in, to the check out the service was top notch. Location wise, they are very close to the famous Metropolitan Grill Restaurant and straight down to the Waterfront. Ideal location if you are there on business in Downtown. Very close to the link rail stop so it's easy to get there from airport.
