Modern Elegance In The Epicenter of Innovation. Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own—through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences and distinctly high-touch service that’s simply unforgettable. Two buildings—one the embodiment of the city’s storied history, the other a sparkling modern tower—converging into one to create a reimagining of Seattle luxury. Abstract symbols and playful design elements are found throughout the hotel. Symbolic nods to the Northwest include rustic and timber motifs referencing Seattle’s origin story as a logging town, as well as hallway carpets and light fixtures featuring timber patterns and furnishings - from metal tables to rubbish bins - in the shape of logs. Among the must-sees: the front desk, crafted from a 3,000-year-old Sequoia tree log.

I was in town for a social gathering and quite enjoyed my time at The Lotte. Arthur, the lead concierge, is spectacular. I met with him before the event; he was attentive, helpful, and genuinely fun to talk to. My teens happened to be with me, and he spent time speaking with them. When I arrived for my event, he remembered their specific details and asked after them. He had a list of interesting things in the area put together so I could hand it out ahead of time to the group, and made sure he was available for anything we could possibly need. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Arthur. All the staff were exceptional and didn't bat an eye at some of our stranger requests, like asking for 30 hangers in one room. The rooms were exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and had great views. The pass-through window between the bathroom and the main room was a bit odd, but we figured out how to navigate using other mirrors. My only suggestion would be to have more hooks in the bathroom. Sharing with other people who had hanging travel bags was not really possible. But that is the only thing we could think of. I will certainly be back!

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The restaurant, Charlotte, is superb. Sun and Melissa on the Concierge staff were very helpful.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. From front desk agents to restaurant staff every one we met was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. House keeping was first class. Breakfast was delicious. Valet parking was convenient. Shoutout to Gavri, front desk agent, who helped us a lot with our checking in process. We enjoyed our stay at Lottie Hotel Seattle.

Quiet room; helpful staff Gavri helped me extend my stay with reservations and showed me plaque with hotel info and shared details about hotel. Thank you very much. Fiona and Bao, hostesses, were great. Conor, Shane, Chris and Abu in Charlotte lounge. Also bar staff first night. Can’t remember all wait staff names, all helpful. Arthur downstairs gave info I needed. Also Paul at front desk and all the guys at the Bell Desk who stored my bags and told me things I needed to know. Other desk clerk gave me new key when needed. Don’t remember all staff names
