Lotte Hotel Seattle

My partner and I are loyal customers of Signiel/Lotte abroad and Lotte Seattle was our first domestic Lotte experience and it did not disappoint. From the time we stepped out, we were helped with all our bags, our dog who travels with us was so warmly accommodated. The hotel has a beautiful lounge and restaurant area, which duel purposed as a great work area as well. Sun Woo at the front desk truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. Thank you to her & the entire Lotte Seattle staff. Everyone was wonderful!

Having Dinner with my friends we got really nice food taste and we got really good service at Korean restaurant. Service staff was very nice and friendly. Fully recommend

My fiancé and I truly had an amazing experience with this hotel and their staff. Which all of them were beyond gracious and very kind helping us with drop offs and room services too. Food here is phenomenal along with the car service which we enjoyed driving and having that perk was very helpful. Arthur and Gino are very exceptional staff who gave us details and tour spots and letting us know what events were around the area that were happening this past weekend. We definitely plan to come back here soon thank you for your amazing customer service, support and compassion! We truly appreciate that the room was fully stocked, clean and comfortable. When we needed anything they came up to the room right away with waters and anything else we called in for… Our 13 Year Anniversary was truly well spent in this beautiful well serviced hotel.. thank you all again for a wonderful time we appreciate you all.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to stay! Love the vibe and the private locker room for women with dry and wet saunas! So relaxing! The best friendly staff at the desk and greeting you when you come in Carlos and Gino and another one make you feel taken care of and welcome you in! Excellent location the best vibes!!

It was clear that the team valued our time and effort in planning the trip and wanted to make things right, which left a lasting impression of accountability, respect, and genuine hospitality. As an included perk for Lotte Hotel guests, the Lexus Test Drive program allowed us to explore more freely, connect with the local community, and enjoy more of the city’s culture beyond walking distance. The program is not only attractive and functional but also a compelling reason to choose this property when planning a Seattle visit. Communication with Tyler helped ensure our test drive reservation ran smoothly. Likewise, Gino’s assistance in setting us up and familiarizing us with the car for the Lexus Test Drive experience was an integral part of our short weekend stay in Seattle. Even though we didn’t stay on-site, the thoughtful interactions we had with the Lotte team turned an unexpected situation into an experience that strengthened our trust in the brand. Having previously stayed at the Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower, we already held high expectations, and the Seattle team upheld that same standard of care. Coming from Las Vegas, a city synonymous with world-class hospitality, we found their warmth and professionalism to be on par with the best. Their dedication left a lasting impression, strong enough that we’re already planning a return trip to Seattle in January, with Lotte as our first choice of hotel.
