Modern Elegance In The Epicenter of Innovation. Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own—through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences and distinctly high-touch service that’s simply unforgettable. Two buildings—one the embodiment of the city’s storied history, the other a sparkling modern tower—converging into one to create a reimagining of Seattle luxury. Abstract symbols and playful design elements are found throughout the hotel. Symbolic nods to the Northwest include rustic and timber motifs referencing Seattle’s origin story as a logging town, as well as hallway carpets and light fixtures featuring timber patterns and furnishings - from metal tables to rubbish bins - in the shape of logs. Among the must-sees: the front desk, crafted from a 3,000-year-old Sequoia tree log.

I stayed for one night using the AMEX FHR program. The overall experience was great - room, service, restaurant dining. Melissa at the front desk and Shane at the Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge delivered the highest quality service. I would definitely stay again and look forward to my next visit there.

We stayed in a beautiful suite, but for a 5-star hotel, there were some major issues during our visit. Positives: Clean, beautiful room and bathroom with amazing views Check-in was easy The location is fine, but there are better options that are closer to more attractions downtown. Negatives: First, the lighting controls in the room are complicated. We booked a room for four people, but the room and bathroom were only prepared for two. The TV did not work, and we had to have two men come to our room in the evening to fix it. And here is the kicker, we waited 2.5 HOURS for our room service in the morning. The original estimate was 30 minutes. We called at 45 minutes, only to be told it would be another 30 minutes, so we cancelled it. They called back immediately to tell us they would rush it, comp the food, and allow a 1 PM check out. We waited another 90 minutes (after calling two more times to check on it, with it "almost ready" each time), only to have it show up incorrectly. As you can imagine, this drastically changed our plans for the morning and day. They did end up comping our valet, taking a small amount off the stay, and extending the late check-out to 2 pm to try to make up for the debacle. Unfortunately, all of these issues together left us with a very negative impression of our stay. I do want to mention that the front desk staff and the people we spoke to on the phone were very kind and did their best to fix the problems. Even though the rooms were beautiful, this was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had at a 5-star hotel. We will likely choose a different property for our annual Seattle trip.

Hotel is amazing and rooms great but place is under staffed , over 90 minutes wait for rooms service when they said 40mins on phone and 40 mins wait for car when the said 10 mins. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel

I visited for a short staycation and was very happy! The location is perfect, within walking distance of Pike Market and the main local theaters. The service was excellent and the food at Charlotte Restaurant was absolutely delicious. The views were breathtaking and the design of the hotel is very modern, sleek and unique. I will definitely be staying again soon.
