Modern Elegance In The Epicenter of Innovation. Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own—through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences and distinctly high-touch service that’s simply unforgettable. Two buildings—one the embodiment of the city’s storied history, the other a sparkling modern tower—converging into one to create a reimagining of Seattle luxury. Abstract symbols and playful design elements are found throughout the hotel. Symbolic nods to the Northwest include rustic and timber motifs referencing Seattle’s origin story as a logging town, as well as hallway carpets and light fixtures featuring timber patterns and furnishings - from metal tables to rubbish bins - in the shape of logs. Among the must-sees: the front desk, crafted from a 3,000-year-old Sequoia tree log.

The hotel and the rooms are nice enough, although the cleaning staff should clean the rooms better. We had a snack at the marble table in the room and after housekeeping, there was still a ring from our drinks on the table. Check-in staff were very unfriendly. We had 2 rooms and part of the AMEX Platinum rewards program. We are still trying to figure out our bill.

We were created by the bellhop. He was very friendly. The cool thing is check-in was on the 16 th floor. The lady that checked us in was so nice. She explained everything that we got with the Amex experience. We arrived early so i thought we would have to wait but she upgraded us and the room was ready. Our room was beautiful we were in a king suite. The view overlooked the water. Bathroom was amazing. Huge shower. Later in the afternoon we went to the lounge for happy hour the bartender and the waitress staff were very attentive. Food was good. Drinks were nice. Next morning we went to the Gym on the third floor and the locker room has a sauna and steam room. Gym was small but they had a couple of peloton bikes a few tread mills and plenty of dumbbells and a few leg machines. Plenty enough for me. Breakfast was very good we overlooked the water I had the salmon egg benedict wife had omelet both were very good. The other cool thing is they have a lexus complimentary for Lexus owners and Rusty our driver took us to the pier 91 to our ship. Along the way he pointed out several landmarks and was very knowledgeable of Seattle. He was super nice. I would highly recommend the Lotte Hotel.

I picked this hotel based on reviews and ratings and location. As part of the Amex fine hotels we also received some valuable perks but the highlight was the service. The room and the restaurant were also fantastic. Nothing but positives !

Hello, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received today when calling to inquire about Chase "The Edit" benefits. The representative I spoke with was harsh, dismissive, and unhelpful. Upon asking for specific details regarding the program's amenities, I was told that no information could be provided until the day of the reservation. Furthermore, the agent abruptly hung up the phone before I could finish my conversation or say goodbye. As a customer looking to book a 5-star luxury experience, this behavior is entirely unacceptable. I highly request that Chase Travel re-evaluate this hotel's inclusion in The Edit collection, as their front-line service does not reflect the standards of a premium luxury program. Will take my reservation to "W Seattle" which listened to me and answered all my questions patiently. Dt: 06/30/2026 Call time: 3:52 PM Pacific

This place made so many mistakes during the course of one weekend. Affected not only us, but other guests we talked to - complete disregard for treating people with respect and proper care. For us, our reservation was attached to someone else’s “because of a system mixup due to name similarity”. This was ridiculous due to the fact that the person was holding my ID when she checked us in, she then allowed us to wait for a room for 2 hours. When our room was ready but it took me having to see an email with somebody else’s name on it for front desk to realize they had connected our party to the wrong reservation. Then they had to disconnect our credit card from that reservation. Room requested was not what was requested upon booking. Rooms were not practical - no proper lights in the bathroom, a lot of mirrors. Cheap towels, lack of amenities. If you’re booking through Amex for benefits, book somewhere else. And don’t trust the estimated wait times at Charlotte, they’ll tell you 20-30 but it’ll be more like 1.5-2hour wait and they won’t apologize they’ll just tell you the estimated time was inappropriate to share. Not worth the cost outside of location. If you stay here for the World Cup, don’t eat at the hotel you’ll be waiting an hour to sit and another hour for food.
