Modern Elegance In The Epicenter of Innovation. Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own—through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences and distinctly high-touch service that’s simply unforgettable. Two buildings—one the embodiment of the city’s storied history, the other a sparkling modern tower—converging into one to create a reimagining of Seattle luxury. Abstract symbols and playful design elements are found throughout the hotel. Symbolic nods to the Northwest include rustic and timber motifs referencing Seattle’s origin story as a logging town, as well as hallway carpets and light fixtures featuring timber patterns and furnishings - from metal tables to rubbish bins - in the shape of logs. Among the must-sees: the front desk, crafted from a 3,000-year-old Sequoia tree log.

Great place. Amazing hospitality. Arthur in the lobby really helped us. Highly recommend

I’m not sure where the Michelin star service came in for this property, but you’d be better off finding a budget hotel and spending the difference on a Michelin star meal somewhere. The bathroom is a house of mirrors (you’ll even have a great view of yourself on the toilet!), but ironically lacks a vanity mirror. I’d read about the mirrors in another review and thought to myself, “it can’t be that bad!” No, it is that bad. They provide robes, but don’t expect a high thread count anywhere, duvet included (there’s no top sheet). Front desk staff wasn’t friendly, luckily valet staff pulls the weight immensely. If you’re doing something during the daytime, you should use the “complimentary shuttle” since you pay a daily fee regardless. The driver was really nice, though we only used it once due to having a 20 minute wait the next day. We were excited to have a really nice stay during a weekend visit to the city for my birthday, but unfortunately we paid for service that we just didn’t receive. If I could do it over again, I would’ve booked the Populus.

Gary at check in was efficient, informative, and pleasant. He helped to get our stay off to an amazing start. The valet staff always had a smile and hello. Cleaning staff kept the room stocked and cleaned. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was quiet and bed comfortable. Staff had left a Happy Birthday cookie upon our arrival for my husband. The facilities are kept clean in public areas. The staff really made for an enjoyable stay.

Wonderful location in Seattle with tourist restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious. Arthur was extremely helpful in helping us navigate to the places we needed to go. He took the time to drive us to a a store when my husband needed ibuprofen for all the walking that we were doing around this beautiful city!

everything about the Lotte was exceptional, especially Rosalina at the main desk! She made sure that everything was better than satisfactory and the complementary Lexus for our pleasure took it all the way over the top. I will definitely recommend this place. I wouldrecommend Rosalina and continue allowing your guest this exceptional experience!
