Lotte Hotel Seattle

My wife and I spent two wonderful nights at the Lotte. The hotel is clean. The staff was very nice and made it clear they wanted our stay to be perfect- and it was. The hotel parking is very convenient and Arthur, Rusty, and Philip had my car brought quickly. The concierge and front desk staff are top notch. Kara, Jason and Tyler are very helpful. I enjoyed my stay so much I just made reservations for another weekend as a surprise to my wife.

All of the staff is very friendly and inviting. The room was nice but I was disappointed that the bed sheets had holes in them. For the amount one pays per night I expected the hotel to have better quality sheets. The curtain also was not attached correctly at the top so in the morning we got a lot of light in and were unable to sleep in.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The offers to help you see the city and use the town car were so nice. Very clean! Phillip was a great driver!

I had the most wonderful experience with everyone I encountered at the Lotte Hotel. Long story short- our high school was supposed to host prom at the Columbia tower, but they closed in April. We wandered over the the hotel and asked the front desk staff if we could see their Sanctuary Ballroom as a potential option. The front desk was helpful, and sent us down to Arthur at concierge. He got us started with a tour until their event manager, Cierra, could come meet us. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, Arthur even drove me back to the ferry after the tour! We ended up hosting prom at the Sanctuary and it was AMAZING! Huge shoutout to the entire staff at the Lotte Hotel!

I booked a stay at Lotte Hotel last year, but unfortunately my husband forgot to book our flight tickets, so we couldn't make the trip and ended up losing our money. When I later reached out to Kara, she was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. Even after a year, she helped us rebook our stay and arranged a wonderful city-view room for us. Not only that, she kindly extended our checkout time until 1:00 PM, which made our stay even more comfortable. What impressed me most was the trust she showed us. We paid a $200 deposit over the phone, and the process was handled so smoothly and professionally. I would also like to recognize Jason at the front desk. He was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. He immediately offered us water, assisted with our luggage, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The customer service at Lotte Hotel is truly exceptional. If you're visiting Seattle, I highly recommend staying at Lotte Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for.
