Modern Elegance In The Epicenter of Innovation. Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own—through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences and distinctly high-touch service that’s simply unforgettable. Two buildings—one the embodiment of the city’s storied history, the other a sparkling modern tower—converging into one to create a reimagining of Seattle luxury. Abstract symbols and playful design elements are found throughout the hotel. Symbolic nods to the Northwest include rustic and timber motifs referencing Seattle’s origin story as a logging town, as well as hallway carpets and light fixtures featuring timber patterns and furnishings - from metal tables to rubbish bins - in the shape of logs. Among the must-sees: the front desk, crafted from a 3,000-year-old Sequoia tree log.

Arrived for 3 nights and on check in, the front office staff were very helpful. The staff here are all very good. The hotel room we have with bay view is very nice and clean but you need a science degree to work out the air con but aside from that, the room is very good with a great view and amazing bathroom.

located minutes away from major sights and the waterfront.....The Lotte has to be one of the nicest downtown hotel experiences we have had in a long time....everything was perfection........staff the very best (Arthur stands out....greeted us everytime we saw him with a smile of recognition!!)....loved the beautiful spacious room....windows looking out onto the cityscape...large bathroom...exquisitely appointed...bed the best ever...just perfect as were pillows and that is often an oversight of most hotels, even pricey ones!...art work...fabrics ...color tone soft and inviting...amenties were of the highest quality...tea and coffee also outstanding...lounge area is comfortable , welcoming...most seats have a lovely view...resturant overlooks the water...some evenings there is a jazz group...hotel is modern, chic, creative (especially hallways with a "halloween theme"!!)...artistic throughout...all appreciated...our stay was first rate...thank you all for that.

Had a lovely 3 day bday celebration at this very comfortable hotel. Loved how quiet the rooms are.. never heard any other guests. Gary, the manager at the front desk made all the difference in how nice our stay was. Thanks Gary, you rock!

Had a good stay in restaurant here as well. Front desk, I think his name is Giulio, who is super nice and heartwarming.

We really enjoyed our quick stay but the highlights were definitely the staff. Mateo in the restaurant was so friendly and professional. Arthur offered us a ride to the cruise port when he realized we were leaving and were about to order a Lyft ride. Arthur was a great guide as well. He gave us great tips on how to get around the waterfront.
