Good located hotel
We came here one night only before a cruise. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was good, nice shower and comfy bed. We had breakfast the next morning which was utterly delicious. The house car took us to the cruise terminal and the man who drove us was utterly charming. Sadly I’m unsure of his name. Anyway great hotel and I would recommend. I went to pikes market as it is very local

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful, clean rooms and great food/cocktails. I can't wait to go back.

Nice Family Staycation
My family enjoyed our staycation at the Lotte. For 2 kids and 2 adults the room was a nice size and the hotel space overall was bigger than expected. It is very clean and the design and decor are very appealing. The house car service drivers particularly Phillip, were so kind and helpful. We had dinner reservations for Charlotte and ordered appetizers, mains, drinks, and desserts. Our favorite dessert was the Ube sphere it was light and sweet. Bar service, wait staff and overall hotel staff were great! We will plan a staycation here again.
