Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

The location was perfect. We went for a nice walk to Pike Place Market and explored some nearby shops. Very walkable area. The atmosphere of the hotel was so welcoming and warm. From pulling up to the lobby, we were greeted with smiles and immediately offered assistance with luggage. We were also warmly welcomed by the front desk with our anniversary acknowledged. The room—oh the room. So perfect. We absolutely loved the bathroom and the idea of the bottle refilling station. It was so convenient and we perfect for filling up before our outing! I’m very pleased with the value of what we got for the price. You pay a lot for luxury but 1 Hotel Seattle hit the nail on the head! The hotel was so clean, noise level was almost non-existent, service was top tier, and the amenities offered were great.

Wonderful staff, the rooms since they were remodeled are perfection. So happy with our stay. Thank you for making this such a great stay. We will be back!

Amanda at the front desk treated me so well during an unexpected incident pre-checkin* that I rearranged my trip to stay longer at 1 Hotel Seattle. I’m so glad I did. This hotel exudes warmth and a lack of pretense. The natural wood helps, but it’s also the artful and pleasing design. There are even live plants in my room. The location is excellent. There is a Whole Foods just below us and a yoga studio (hotel guests have free access) across the driveway. This hotel provides true luxury, but not with gilt. It is luxury for the soul. * My flight was unexpectedly cancelled the day I was to check in and she took the flight info, verified the cancellation and made sure I wouldn’t have to pay for that night.

We checked in on Dec 25, 2025 and checked out on the 26th. Upon checking in into our room I noticed a bag of chip from the mini bar was opened. I immediately notified the front end staff and they made a note in their system. On Dec 27th I received a bill of $199.77 USD charged to my credit card stating it was from the mini bar. So, on the 28th I called the hotel and they said they will reverse the charge and they couldn't provide an explanation for the $199.77 USD. My guess was house keeping didn't update the mini bar from the previous guest and when they finally updated the mini bar after we checked out, everything missing was charged to me. My advice to everyone is to double check your bill after you check out.

I had a wonderful experience at the 1-Hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean, and the sustainability theme across makes it a special place. Both Drift and La Loba are excellent dining options. The stay was very pleasant!
