Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

Jordan and the entire banquets team took exceptional care of our attendees. The food & service were top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to hold any business meeting at this hotel and with this staff.

Great place to stay for a weekend...not cheap but worth it! From the food to the room, which was excellent and got us to our cruise ship quickly and without waiting. Love it!

We were welcomed immediately by the hotel’s warmth of nature and service which is always there for you but never obtrusive. The live greenery is everywhere including in our large beautifully designed room which had two full walls of windows. The spacious bathroom also had shaded/frosted windows so there was natural light everywhere. Our safe wasn’t working but maintenance was called and arrived quickly to fix the minor problem (battery). We’re sensitive to light and noise while sleeping but between the blackout curtains and well built interiors it was a sensory oasis for us. The very comfortable bed also helped to keep our nights happy ones. We began each day with breakfast at Drift served by one of the most wonderful servers we’ve ever had anywhere - Eddie - who went out of his way to make sure every day started out perfectly. And every day did! Thank you, Eddie!

I had an outstanding stay at 1 Hotel Seattle while in town for work all week. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful natural tones and calming vibe to the hotel’s genuine commitment to sustainability. The food was exceptional, the service warm and attentive, and the beds incredibly comfortable. It’s a rare hotel that gets every detail right while making you feel good about where you’re staying. I would happily return and highly recommend it!

The restaurant, The Drift, in the hotel is amazing. We were charmed and well taken care of by Eddie, a fantastic server. He went above and beyond to accommodate our picky eaters!
