The staff members went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and smooth. Bruno was especially helpful and hospitable. This is our repeat stay at the hotel and it has been clean, beautiful and well located close to attractions. Housekeeping is especially excellent.

Impressive room where the furniture and carpets give off a natural feel with their texture; the bed and sofa are also very comfortable. The multi-level dimmable lights and the filtered drinking water dispenser in the room are great features. The valets and in-room dining staff offered consistent top-level service during my 5-night stay. It's the little things such as opeing the hotel door and uber vehicle door when I left and arrive, and being greeted warmly whenever I came back to the hotel that shows their professionalism and client-centric attitude. In-room dining was abolutely worth it! The food was delicious and high quality; the fruits in particular were very fresh. I ordered breakfast and lunch on a few occasions and was pleasantly satisfied each time. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel for the service and unique experience it offers.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were stunning and beautifully appointed. Love the earth tones, live plants, and sustainability all throughout the hotel. Ellie took amazing care of me and allocated me to an incredible room that had an abundance of natural light, city views and an immaculate view of the Space Needle with mountains in the distance. This was one of my favorite hotels, and never wanted to check out. The room was spacious, had a separate tub and shower and a great mini bar selection. I thoroughly enjoyed the gym which was spacious, had all the needed equipment and was bright. Had a chance to eat breakfast in the restaurant which was excellent and loved that there was complimentary fruit during my stay. Greatly appreciated my welcome amenity and will highly recommend anyone to stay here as this is the best in Seattle. Convenient to all things in Downtown Seattle plus great restaurants nearby and even a whole foods underneath the building. 10/10

The team anticipated needs before they were even voiced, creating a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the day. We chose this location specifically to immerse our team in a truly experiential environment, and 1 Hotel absolutely delivered. The atmosphere, design, and overall energy of the space created exactly the kind of setting we were hoping for. Thank you to the entire team for making our retreat both productive and memorable. We will definitely be back.
