Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

My wife liked their Nashville location, so we booked this one for our night layover between Seoul and Orlando. We got in a little early, and our room wasn't ready, but I supposed our exhausted looks got us a great upgrade for a small price. The room was superb, great views of the city too. The Spanish restaurant downstairs was out-of-this-world good, an excellent surprise. Staff was welcoming, we felt taken care of, and will be back.

My husband and I had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay here. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, smiling, and genuinely eager to ensure our stay was perfect. The ambiance throughout the hotel was beautiful and added so much to the overall comfort. The rooms were incredible — beautiful and truly a 5-star experience. Every detail made the stay feel luxurious. A special shout-out to Gene, Madi, Chris, David and Ava — your kindness and exceptional service made our visit unforgettable. Thank you for going above and beyond! It’s true what they say about 1 Hotel, it is an incredible experience. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

I came to visit on a solo trip and had an amazing stay. It’s located in a great spot where I felt safe walking to and from at all times. To add to this I was warmly greeted by staff every time I left and returned - with a special mention to David who was great! I enjoyed the atmosphere, especially on the weekend where there was a buzz in the lobby, bar and restaurant. The room was also fantastic with a perfect view of the Space Needle. Everything I needed was there… even a yoga mat! It certainly felt like luxury and was always super clean. It is also decorated beautifully, with plenty of plants and unique furniture - unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed in. A few other things I enjoyed were the gym and the in room dining which helped me maintain with my usual schedule and diet whilst travelling. And the free yoga sessions on Saturday mornings with Morgan were a great way to start the weekend. All the above, coupled with their commitment to sustainability, leads me to recommending 1 Hotel Seattle to anyone who has a trip to Seattle planned.

We are currently staying at this hotel, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the staff has been unbelievably accommodating — every interaction has been so sweet, thoughtful, and genuine. Ahmed is the man! Our room is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere throughout the entire hotel is beautiful and calming, and the bed is so comfortable! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Seattle, walkable to great restaurants, Pike Place Market, and so many things we wanted to explore. It has truly been top-tier service, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!
