Beautiful room with an amazing view of the space needle, but street noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Definitely not worth the price tag. Expected early check-in, but ended up sitting in the lobby for two hours because the room wasn't actually ready. Underwhelming drink/food menu at the lobby bar, food is fairly overpriced in general at this place. Visited to celebrate a special anniversary, made a note about it in our reservation when I made it, and nobody mentioned it during our stay at all. Not really the "home" experience we were hoping to have.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was warm, caring and gave exceptional service. Thank you to Lucy, Claire, Nacho, Carol and Mark for making me feel so welcome! Delicious tapas, scallops were outstanding! The room was peaceful and serene with beautiful amenities. Definitely will return
