We had such a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. There was a small hiccup at check-in when our car keys went missing, but the team immediately took ownership and went above and beyond to make it right. They handled the situation with such care, professionalism, and kindness that it turned what could have been a stressful moment into a reminder of how exceptional their service truly is. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful—natural, calming, and thoughtfully designed—and every detail reflects their commitment to comfort and sustainability. Once the keys were found, everything about our stay was absolutely seamless. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and so impressed by how the staff turned a mishap into an example of outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend 1 Hotel for anyone looking for a stay that feels both luxurious and genuinely heartfelt.

La Loba restaurant is amazing, not only the food the staff is amazing big thank you to Ian for going above and beyond. Also I want to give a special thank you to the valet team Sole and the rest of the guys they do an amazing job by making sure your arrival and departure experience is unforgettable.

I’ve stayed at 1 Hotels all over the world, so I had high expectations coming into Seattle — but this visit didn’t quite meet the usual standard. Check-in took nearly 40 minutes, and the front desk was clearly understaffed. The rooms themselves are beautiful — sleek, modern, and thoughtfully designed — but the experience was disrupted by late-night construction noise from 8 PM to 1 AM. Tough when you’re in town for work and need rest. Multiple guests complained, and none of us were informed ahead of time, which added to the frustration. On top of that, housekeeping knocked 6–7 times in a single 24-hour period, which felt excessive. That said, I reached out to management afterward, and they responded seriously and professionally. Their follow-up helped salvage the experience and reminded me why I usually trust the brand. Would give it another chance when I am in town!

Stayed twice here on our trip to Seattle and both were great. There’s a Whole Foods right below. Breakfast sandwich downstairs in the morning is delicious. We stayed in a city view room and the 2nd stay was the space needle view suite. Rooms are clean and sheets/bed are very comfortable.

We have stayed at a good amount of hotels in Seattle, but this is the only place we will stay at moving forward. The rooms are absolutely incredibly. The studio corner suite was spectacular. Yet somehow, the service was even better. We were warmly greeted by their employees and it continued throughout our stay. Frankly I am not sure we have ever had better service in the USA or abroad. We cannot recommend this hotel anymore. Plus the location is killer. One million our if one million. Stay here.
