Gracious front desk employees greet you and insure that all is as you wish. Housekeeping is always available- with a warm smile. Should you choose to stop in the lobby for refreshments, look for Vivi to be your server with enthusiasm and a timely presence, and look for Dani to be nearby to fill your empty water glass and double check on anything that you might need. When traveling, alone or with a group, this hotel makes sure that you realize that you are their priority 24/7. What a pleasure to find an oasis in the midst of such a busy city!

This is the most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. Shout out to Gene and his team at the front desk. Every single detail to make our hotel experience extraordinary was met. The care, sophistication and competence were beyond our expectations. This is your go to hotel even if you are on a business trip. They have 200 mbps wifi in the rooms which is impressive. The design of this hotel and the sustainability program are also top notch. We will be returning to Seattle and particularly "1 Hotel" very soon. Couldn't be happier and our stay was phenomenal !!!

1 Hotel Seattle is a new property just north of downtown Seattle. They did a great job with this hotel. Wonderful service, attentive and accommodating. We had a great stay here. Rooms were excellent, large enough for sure, and clean and very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. Close enough to downtown to walk to most sites, but not right in the middle of it. A plus, in my opinion. Would definitely return. Shout out to Ernest at the front desk, and David and Mark with Valet. Thanks!

The people were as nice as the room. Shae made us feel very welcome. He was very kind and accommodating. The 9 rating still holds with the new management. Ate 2 meals in the restaurant, and the food was good. Slept great which don’t normally do on the first night away. This is a good hotel if you are going to take a cruise out of Seattle. Can walk to Pikes Place and the waterfront (0.4 miles). Felt safe.
