As someone who’s spent more nights in Seattle hotel rooms than I care to admit (looking at you, Four Seasons mini bar bill), I didn’t think I could be wowed by a new stay. Enter The One Hotel Seattle — and let me tell you, it’s not just a hotel, it’s a heartfelt love letter to comfort, style, and unexpectedly joyful hospitality. Let’s start with the suites. Specifically, rooms 304 through 1104 — aka, my new happy places. These rooms have balconies with the kind of light that makes even a jetlagged face look like it belongs in a Nancy Meyers movie. The furnishings walk the line between sleek and cozy, like your most stylish friend who somehow always remembers to light a candle and put out a snack tray. Now, about the people. These are hotel folks who understand the art of warm professionalism. Shay at the front desk could organize international peace talks with that calm competence, and “Lily’s Mom” (yes, we’re all calling her that now) made me feel like I was the only guest in the world who mattered. The evening valet gentleman? The kind of courteous and funny that makes you want to circle the block just to chat again. As a die-hard Four Seasons fan, this next part surprises even me: I’ll be trading in the iconic spa robes and signature scent for The One’s eco-chic vibes and exceptional human touch. It turns out luxury doesn’t have to be buttoned-up and beige — it can be leafy, local, and delivered with a wink. Seattle, I’ve found The One.

Beautifully decorated and well designed. The staff were amazing from the front desk service to the valet parking. Shae, our concierge greeted us with warmth and professionalism. I actually like Shae a lot. 5 stars emojis to you Shae if you somehow come across this. A little embarrassing but thank you again for everything. The location is central to downtown and within distance from all the major attractions like: restaurants, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and much more. The room where we stayed at were spacious (think luxury condo), clean, and brand new.

*EXPERIENCE THIS*. The 1 Hotel just opene in Seattle and I am so excited that I got to experience the hotel, because it was more than just a stay, it was a full experience. When I walked into the lobby, a beautiful scent welcomed me, a friendly doorman greeted me and I went through check-in seamlessly. Rooms - impeccably designed with plants everywhere. The pillows are so comfortable and the towels and robes are the softest I've had in a hotel room. I had a corner sofa and had little desire to leave my room and ended up spending more time in my suite than exploring, because of how peaceful the room was. The manager, Gene, was so friendly! He made the check-in and check-out process very smooth for me and was very generous with my check-out process, even as I was running late. Other staff members I met, included folks like Marc, who were welcoming and helpful. The gym is beautiful and includes Peloton bikes and brand new equipment. There is also a stunning art/ plant fixture of Mount Rainier. I was here for a work trip but now I am re-booking to come back for a vacation later this summer. This place is perfect for a staycation and the must-see place to stay if you're an out of town visitor.

The customer service was amazing! Shae was the best at the front desk, always making us feel so welcome and at home on our trip! Also, the Hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful! The bar downstairs had wonderful cocktails and provided a great environment to connect with friends.
