A beautiful hotel that was in the perfect location for our city stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, at the rooms were very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for

Incredible hotel with super friendly staff. Everyone we encountered answered our questions with a big smile. The location is excellent with accessibility to public transportation with a few steps of the hotel. We loved staying at 1 Hotel.

We stayed here for two nights before we set off for a cruise. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ellie on reception for extra help with some printing for us. The room was spacious, light and very comfortable and the first time we’ve had a yoga mat provided together with complimentary yoga sessions. We were also fortunate enough to have use of the hotel car to take us to the cruise terminal which was a big bonus. We were looking forward to trying out a 1 hotel and it didn’t disappoint, we’ll be trying out other hotels in the chain in the future.

Didn’t want to have to write this review since we LOVE 1Hotel Hanalei Bay, but I don’t think we’ll ever stay at another 1Hotels property again. The night I arrived I requested a microwave, I was told there were none available but that if I brought my food down to the lobby they’d be happy to warm it up for me. The next day upon check out, I was hoping to have food warmed up before my airport travel, so I took it down to the lobby along with all of my other bags (because the bellhop I requested apparently went to the wrong floor and didn’t catch up to me until I was already getting on the elevator) and the staff seemed very confused. A manager then came out and said based on liability they could not warm up my food. I told them that I was happy to sign a liability waiver and he refused. When the lovely restaurant manager who had helped me earlier came up to offer to warm it up, he literally PULLED IT OUT OF HER HANDS and disappeared with my food for 10 minutes. I had to leave for the airport so now 1Hotel has not only my $30 dinner but my Tupperware as well. I wish it ended there but it doesn’t because more happened earlier that day. In the morning I went down to the lobby to try to find where breakfast was. A young man said “which breakfast?” while a young woman immediately spoke up over him and directed me to the second floor. When I got to the second floor and sat down to eat in a banquet room I felt a little weird, but chalked it up to a different Sunday brunch than I typically expect from 1Hotels. However about 30 minutes into eating I realized I was very clearly in a private banquet room that was reserved for a professional sports team. While this was a happy accident for me, it was also quite presumptuous of the staff to assume that because I am black, I would be with the sports team from Atlanta. Anyways, that’s all to say, 1Hotel Seattle could definitely use some work on its staff and guidance to guests. It seems like there is a lack of coordination in efforts that I would not expect from a hotel of this caliber. Room was beautiful and very clean and had some great experiences with the following staff: Bruno, Talia, Diana, Mark, and overall the food staff were superb! Hence the two stars for service!
