Stunning boutique hotel with absolutely beautifully designed rooms and luxurious materials. The care and caliber of the space is noticeable in every inch, it is very special to be in a space that prioritizes aesthetics over cost. Other hotels squeeze profits by replacing quality items with cheaper mass-produced options, but this space is a cozy and refreshing pillar of excellence. From the sheets, to the bathroom tile, to the water glasses, everything is deluxe. The staff are friendly, professional and take (highly deserved) pride in their work. I am so glad I stayed here and will be coming back.

I wish there were a Populus in every city I’ll ever visit. They haven't just met the standard; they’ve completely redefined it. Forget scouring reviews to check if a bed is comfortable; Populus checks boxes I didn't even know existed. The rooms, the restaurant, and the common areas are incredible, a true oasis to retreat to after a day, or night, out in Seattle. Every detail, from the lush plants and curated color palette to the furniture and even the scent of the shampoo, felt like a brand-new experience. The service was equally amazing. The staff provided fantastic local suggestions that truly made the trip, and they were so helpful in ensuring every detail was taken care of. A special shout-out to the restaurant and bar team and everyone working on April 3rd and 4th, you all deserve a raise!

Another wonderful visit at our favorite Seattle hotel. Every part of our visit is exceptional, from the beautiful plants outside the entry to the local artwork, interesting architecture, friendly staff and well-appointed rooms. It's truly a unique experience and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Not just another chain hotel. This feels like the true northwest and the service, amenities, ambiance and food compete with the very best Seattle has to offer. All in a chic northwest boutique.
