Great location, amenities could be better

Location was perfect, ambiance of the lobby and restaurant were fabulous. The room had no dresser (surprising), the robes were way too rough, and slippers were "meh", but at least they have slippers. The service was exceptional.

Very disappointed

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Very very disappointing They have a valet outside doing nothing most of the time but no Dorman to help with bags. After a while the check in guy helped with the bags No room service. I was told after being open for 14 months they were evaluating whether it was necessary Went out at about 9.30 pm to bring some food in to discover the hotel is sadly in an area of numerous homeless shelters. Very sad for the people however I was aggressively harassed and then followed around the very poor market Checking out and mentioned this to the lady at the front desk who said yes I wouldn’t walk around here after dark The room was very nice but the lighting beyond awful even in daylight If you are in Seattle for a Seahawks or Mariners game it’s a perfect location otherwise my advice is forget this hotel

The Gem of Pioneer Square

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

We didn't know what to expect as we were told this hotel did not have a view of the water. It doesn't, BUT we loved this hotel and will return. The rooms are very nice with everything you need (fridge, safe, great towels, good mattress/pillows, etc.). Staff is excellent. Restaurant has delicious healthy options, coffee bar is lovely. We could walk to Pike's Place and Pioneer Square quite easily. A lovely, artsy, green hotel.

Excellent stay 10/10

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Stayed when I took my husband for the noah kahan concert on his 40th birthday. Beautiful hotel. As soon as you pull up there's plants everywhere. When you go in, more plants, a music room, a library and up stairs a restaurant. The valet and the person at the counter were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. And was about a 10 minute walk from the concert. Overall fantastic stay. I would have liked to check out the roof top bar but we didn't get time before the concert and they had a private event after.
