Personal service and great location
The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful and the location is great. There are some good restaurants near by and the hotel restaurant is also pretty nice. My bed was super comfy and the bathroom felt luxurious. The hotel is not too big, so easy to get to know the staff and it felt like coming home when I returned after long days of work engagements.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location!
This hotel is fantastic! It's clean and well appointed, with a great rooftop bar, warm cookies on check-in, friendly staff, and you cannot beat the location! Plus Chuck the concierge is amazing!!

The only place to stay
We will only stay at The Thompson Seattle when we come into town. Not only for the hotel, but the staff makes this hotel top tier. Not only does all staff make you feel welcomed, they make you feel like it’s a second home. Right when you get to the steps, you’re greeted warmly from the front of the house team. Valet team is wonderful & so helpful. After opening those front doors you’re welcomed by guest services/concierge staff. They are also incredibly kind. I have never once had a “meh” experience with any staff member up front. Leah, is one of the reasons why we keep coming back and share so many milestones and special memories with The Thompson. I mean, from an engagement, to baby moon, our son’s first hotel stay, to much more. She goes above and beyond, always is so informative about what’s going on for the duration we are visiting, and just makes the stay better. Thank you Thompson team, without you guys, we wouldn’t have had so many great memories!

Great downtown location!
Great location & close to Pike Place market. Friendly staff & clean rooms. Chic atmosphere and loved the welcome drinks. Love the Nest bar on the rooftop!
