Thompson Seattle

We had a wonderful stay at Thompson Seattle and would absolutely return. The location is unbeatable—right across from Pike Place Market—which made everything incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was professional and welcoming. What really sets this hotel apart is the level of care and attention from the team. During our stay, we encountered an issue that was, honestly, quite frustrating and impacted our ability to rest comfortably that night. That said, it’s not the issue itself, but how it was handled that made all the difference. The staff were responsive, patient, and clearly committed to making things right. Despite it being late and the hotel being busy, they handled everything thoughtfully and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to have a relaxing, restful night and really enjoy the rest of our stay—including the beautiful views. Overall, this hotel delivers not just a great location and design, but genuine hospitality. Their service truly stands out, and we would highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent walking distance to the market,water,restaurants and stores. The hotel is clean and they have a nice on site restaurant . The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I recently visited Seattle as part of our 50th Anniversary trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Thompson. The super close proximity to Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, and Westlake for the Link Light rail, made everything we wanted to see and do easily accessible. Our room overlooked Elliot Bay and was very clean and comfortable. Most noteworthy, the staff at the Thompson were all incredibly kind and helpful. Especially Abbie at the front desk! She was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel special throughout our stay. She always took the time talk with us and seemed genuinely concerned that we were having the best experience possible.
