Beautiful and romantic stay!
The Thompson hotel is beautiful, and the staff are above and beyond welcoming. We spent our honeymoon here and just went back for our two-year anniversary. The staff left us champagne and treats in our room with a note for our anniversary. We can't recommend this place enough! The location is also perfect, just steps away from Pike Place market.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the market, waterfront and light rail Easy to walk everywhere The staff is friendly & helpful - especially the valets The roof top bar provides beautiful views Definitely will be staying here again

Just perfect!!
This hotel was perfect! This was our first trip to Seattle. The location was ideal and close to great restaurants, shopping and the awesome Pike Place Market! The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make the stay perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!

Location, people, accommodation
Great stay! Our flight was seriously late arriving in Seattle but the hotel staff stayed in touch with us the entire time as I kept them updated on our delay. They accommodated us as if our arrival was standard. The Roof top bar is great and location is unmatched by any other hotel we saw in the area. We walked everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everyone we met from the staff was very welcoming and friendly. From the custodians, bartenders front desk and security they all greeted us with excitement and enthusiasm.

Amazing service
They made it so easy. Check in was fast, everything worked, and I really appreciated the text I got the morning of my arrival asking if I had any questions. I was also super impressed when I texted the hotel asking for extra pillows… and someone knocked on my door 7 minutes later with the pillows! Such great service!
