Friendly staff and a great night’s sleep made this stay a win. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel was wonderfully quiet. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. All of my Chase Sapphire Rewards benefits were honored, including a freshly prepared snack of truffle popcorn and roasted nuts. At the restaurant, my favorites were the King Salmon and the BLT-E—both delicious and highly recommended.

We are big Seattle sports fans and come here for every game. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is wonderful - flexible, responsive, and accommodating, and valet service makes getting in and out a breeze. Once checked in everything is nearby; either a short ride or walking distance. Using the hotel as a hub we rarely wait more than 2 minutes for a rideshare, never have to worry about parking, and get dropped off at the door for any venue. When the night is over we sleep as well as we do at home. It’s like having our own apartment in the city, we love it here.

Perfect Birthday Stay with an Amazing View!!! We celebrated my birthday at Thompson Seattle by Hyatt, and everything was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, the experience felt special. I was pleasantly surprised with a lovely Prosecco and a delicious cake, along with a sweet postcard — such a thoughtful birthday touch that made my day even more memorable. My husband and I stayed on a high floor (8th floor), and our room had an incredible view straight to the ocean. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. The rooftop bar was very cool — great atmosphere, beautiful views, and a perfect place to relax in the evening. Breakfast was also delicious, with great quality and variety. Overall the service, details and atmosphere were excellent. I truly felt celebrated and taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for special occasions — we would absolutely love to come back! ❤️✨

I really enjoyed myself from location to the complimentary champagne it was an amazing trip. The front desk team and the concierge were absolutely amazing the rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing as well. 10/10 amenities, shower pressure and the toilet was nice. Will happily stay again.

Hotel was extremely outdated for the price. We got a complimentary upgrade because we were placed in a room with a broken ac unit. Hotel surrounded by homeless people at night. It felt very unsafe. The best bar at the top was booked every night so we got shoved on some barstools in the corner of the very small bar. I definitely would not be returning.
