Thompson Seattle

The hotel was SO convenient to Pike Market.

The person who set the stage and made us feel important and valued at the Thompson Hotel in Seattle was front desk Abby. Abby was the one who made sure all the "T's" were crossed and the "I's" were dotted. This laid the foundation for all other employees who followed appear caring and professional. Didn't hurt that the Thompson is only a block away from Pikes Market, Target and restaurants and a short walk to the Space Needle (which was more spectacular than I ever could have guessed). As a regular to this property, it has become a familiar home to me, and the staff set this property apart from the many options one has in downtown Seattle. I am a Globalist member through the World of Hyatt program and they do an excellent job at taking care of us very frequent travelers. Jon at the front desk, is always a pleasure to chat with, and remembers my preferences in the most professional way. Kyra and the team at Conversation restaurant are top notch, and always friendly and welcoming. Adam, is one of the best bartenders in town, and you can find him at the Nest rooftop. These are just a few of the team members who make this a great property. Aside from its excellent location in the city, some of the rooms have some amazing views of the sound, and the gorgeous sunsets. You can always be assured that the Nest rooftop is going to provide you some breathtaking views from its patio!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, everything smelled fresh and clean. The entire hotel was spotless, including the hallways and common areas, which were always quiet and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. They provided us with a great overview of Seattle and recommended places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The reservation process was easy, parking was convenient, and the location made it simple to get around. We also appreciated the complimentary early and late check-in options. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. For the price, this hotel was absolutely worth it. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

Our first time @ this property as long time Hyatt members! It was fantastic!! Our room was gorgeous, waterfront King Suite! The staff was amazing and the welcome with a glass of bubbly cannot be ignored!
