Nice hotel and the rooms were nicely furnished and nice assortment of supplies in the bathroom. Super convenient to the Pike Place Market.

Disappointing Stay – Not What I Expected from Thompson I’ve stayed at the Thompson in Chicago many times and always had a great experience, so I expected the same level of hospitality in Seattle. Unfortunately, this visit was anything but. Every interaction I had with the front desk staff was unwelcoming at best, and in some cases downright rude. It wasn’t just one person or one moment—it was consistent, which made the stay feel uninviting from start to finish. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and the service reflected that. Even more surprising, a dirty food tray sat outside my room for nearly two days without being picked up. For a hotel that positions itself as a higher-end property, this was a real letdown. Seattle is a great city, but I won’t be returning to this hotel. It missed the mark entirely

This hotel was recommended to us by a family member & it didn’t disappoint! Great location in relation to the market and waterfront. We chose a water view room on the top floor which had an amazing view. Staff were very friendly & assisted us with any questions. Easy check in & out with the front desk. We loved the restaurant on the main floor. Also tried the Nest for a beverage on one of the upper floors. We would stay here again if we returned.

This Hotel is located in the heart of the city. 1 block from Pike's market and a quick walk to the beautifully re-done Seattle waterfront. They have a rooftop bar with great food, drinks and views. The staff were attentive to all needs and very friendly

I stayed at the Thompson Hotel during a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—not only is it convenient for getting to business meetings, but it's also easy to access great restaurants and popular sightseeing spots in the area. The staff were professional and attentive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. I especially enjoyed a delicious glass of wine at the hotel restaurant, which was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and those looking to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again.
