Amara Resort and Spa

Amara was an amazing hotel for our family to stay in. The pool was the perfect temperature for our kids to play in and the view is absolutely spectacular. The creek is so calming and makes the stay worth it. The food was wonderful and the breakfast burrito and kids waffles were the hit for us. We will definitely be coming back.

Wow! What an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Jose assisted us with check-in and was exceptional throughout our entire weekend. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. When we requested an extra luggage rack after arriving in our room, he had one delivered within five minutes. His service truly stood out. It was also a pleasant surprise seeing him featured in the Amara commercial! 😉 I also want to recognize the incredible team at SaltRock Grill. From the breakfast service to the Happy Hour experience, everything was outstanding. I cannot say enough about the food and service. And the salsa… please jar it! It was honestly the best salsa I’ve ever had. Every dish we enjoyed had the perfect balance of flavor and was beautifully prepared. Complements to the chef! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The pool area was stunning, with breathtaking views that made it a perfect place to relax. The spa experience was wonderful as well. My session with Laura was incredibly relaxing, and she was professional, informative, and made me feel completely comfortable. My only suggestion would be regarding the spa amenities. While the service was excellent, I felt the amenities could be enhanced to better match the price point. The steam room was nice, but adding features such as a jacuzzi and sauna would elevate the overall experience. There was an incident that took place were a broken glass was found on the bottom of the pool, the staff took action quick, and unfortunately closed the pool but only for thevstafety of the guests. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend Amara. The staff, atmosphere, food, and views made it a memorable experience. Thank you to everyone who made our weekend so special!

Nice central location and they had a Tesla charger which was great. Food was solid and the view and setting are great. Lots of families so not as tranquil(esp at pool) as a more adult oriented hotel, but that’s ok. ✅
