Ambiente Sedona, A Landscape Hotel

Ambiente not only met but far exceeded our expectations for a great stay in Sedona … it really is such a special place + our first time there will have cherished lasting memories thanks to the hotel we got to call home for a few days :) the staff, amenities + surrounding landscape were unparalleled - I can’t recommend it enough! (See Oscar at the Velvet Spa for one of the best massages of your life.)

This is a truly perfect facility. I’d give it 6 stars if this website allowed. Location is stunning. Staff is amazing. Room is perfectly designed, decorated, and appointed. By far, the most thoughtful place I’ve ever stayed.

We just returned home last night, and I can honestly say Ambiente was one of the most incredible hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, every single detail was thoughtful, intentional, and elevated. The service was absolutely impeccable — every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, and it felt genuine, warm, and effortless. You truly feel taken care of here. The spa was to die for — peaceful, luxurious, and exactly what you’d hope for in Sedona. The restaurant was outstanding, and on our very first night, one of the bellmen even purchased our drinks for us, which completely set the tone for the stay. They also drove us anywhere we needed to go for dinner and picked us up, making everything seamless and stress-free. Our room was breathtaking. We stayed in Room 7, and the views were absolutely spectacular — windows surrounding the room opened straight into the red rocks. Waking up and going to sleep with that view never got old. With only 40 rooms total, the property feels incredibly intimate and peaceful — at times it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The attention to detail was unmatched: • Beautiful welcome gifts • Thoughtful turndown service • Cold water bottles always ready • Every need anticipated before we even asked I also arranged a special 50th birthday surprise for my husband upon arrival, including an old-fashioned setup, and it was executed flawlessly. It was meaningful, personal, and so well done. We honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Ambiente. The setting, the service, the atmosphere — everything was perfection. This is the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave, and we are already dreaming of our return.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Sedona. The rooms are gorgeous with beautiful views out the massive windows! The whole experience was great and the staff there were just impeccable. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The location is great as well, you can walk to town or the shops in either direction.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A bit dark in the room would probably be my only negative comment. Service was stellar, food at the restaurant was great. Overall a wonderful stay.
