Ambiente Sedona, A Landscape Hotel

Ambiente was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. I gave the concierge a heads up that we would be arriving for check-in late at night. Upon arrival there were 4 people ready take our car, bring our bags to the room, and quickly check us in. We had a small issue with a noise coming from the AC unit outside of our room (which seemed to be a non-typical issue of the rooms) and before I could reach out to the concierge, they had already been informed by the staff who checked us in and were ready to move our room asap if needed. We decided to just stay in that room the first night, and by the morning they had already sent someone from maintenance and the issue was resolved. Everyone was so friendly and regularly checking in to see how they could make our experience better. They offer a text service so that any issues or request can go straight to the concierge. I also loved that they had a travel service from the hotel anywhere within 2 miles of the property running 24/7. It made it so easy to get to and home from dinner etc. The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were modern, clean and well designed. I loved waking up and being able to look out through the large glass windows right into the landscape and mountains. Their bath products were also a step up and in line with the level and price of the hotel. I found myself on the roof of the room almost every night, which was perfect for star gazing. Do not skip out on the restaurant for dinner! We almost did, but ended up going and it was completely worth it. I had a pasta dish that was also one of the best I have ever had and I can be pretty picky - especially with pasta! We also did the private jeep tour through the hotel into the red rock and I highly recommend it! It was an amazing experience and flawlessly set up. We were picked up right from the hotel and taken out for about 3 hours with every step of the way planned out. The company and guide was amazing. Overall I 100% would recommend this hotel if planning a trip to Sedona. I admittedly have rather high expectations when traveling and Ambiente met every single one. I can't say again how amazing the staff was. Remember to tip - they truly worked their asses off! I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Ambiente was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, everything was thoughtfully and seamlessly taken care of. The property is absolutely breathtaking, but what makes it so exceptional is the level of service and attention to detail. I’ve had the privilege of traveling all over the world and staying at some extraordinary places, and Ambiente is genuinely about as good as it gets. Every aspect of our stay felt first-class, yet still warm, personal, and effortless. We absolutely loved it and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The entire property and the scenery is beautiful and essentially perfect in every way. The rooms are luxurious. The private rooftop can't be beat for late night relaxing. Amazing pool and hot tub with poolside service. The Forty1 restaurant had superb food and service. The staff overall is exceptional. I can't wait to return!

An absolutely exceptional stay. The property is stunning, the restaurant is outstanding, the staff is world-class, and the views are unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, creating a truly memorable experience. Ambiente has set the bar, and we will be comparing every future hotel stay to this one.

The Ambiente has multiple awards and accolades for a reason. Brent and his team have done a fantastic job to make it a serene and unforgettable experience. Every little detail was thought of and attended to. It feels like the whole resort is a spa as it is so quiet and serene. Staff are exceptional. They listen, remember your name, and deliver exceptional service without being over the top. There are too many parts of the experience to mention, as it is all incredible. Felt like we were in a movie. It truly is unreasonable hospitality!
