Great except for our final day lunch.

Great atmosphere, wonderful location, rooms a little overpriced, very quiet, service excellent, always very clean.

Excited for the Experience, but Disappointed for the Experience During Arrival/Stay.

The cost tied to the Cliffs King Premiere Fire Pit room is not warranted. No fire pit on the first night, and then grabbing a fire pit from a different vacant room was not working the entire stay. The shower head in the bathroom sprayed all over the ceiling outside of the shower stall the first morning. Had to fix it ourselves as we did not want to wait for an Engineer to come by when we needed to take a shower to make an appointment. Honestly, a little validation that these situations were resolved and ready prior to our arrival would have gone far. Your front desk staff member at checkout pointing out that this was our fault we did not notify them vs expecting someone to ensure the room was ready and working would have gone far. The best part of the experience is the Cliff's Valet team. Really great valet service the entire stay.

Must Book!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

This hands down was the best location in Sedona to book a resort to stay in! This property was extraordinary. The entire experience was top tier, incredible service and magical atmosphere. The entire property was well thought out, and located directly along the creek! One thing that stood out about this stay, was the front desk, the server & bar tender, and on top of the overall service, you also gain access to an concierge service, and James was my point of contact, this incredible human made sure I had everything I needed. From assistance with booking all my reservations, placing room service requests and answering any questions. Truly small details like this, made this resort stand out!

Nice but Difficult

They charge 350 a day for incidentals. There is valet only parking. To get to the pool you need to climb stairs way to the top of the cliff.

3 star property masquerading as 5 star property.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Barely a 3-star property masquerading as a 5-star property. Not impressive at all. Save your money. Not a luxury property at all. This was some sort of motel. They have tried to put lipstick on the pig. But the L'Auberge de Sedona remains a pig. Not a quality property.
