Better every year.

We stayed last year and knew we would return. This year we booked a two room suite. It was perfect. Clean clean clean. The beds were the best we have ever slept in at a hotel. We remembered Josh from our last visit. He is so polite and customer focused. This year we met manager Hope and breakfast server Eddie. Both were polite and welcoming. Finding a hotel where the accommodations are perfect and the staff so welcoming is not easy to do. But this hotel has found a way. Thank you. I’ll be booking for next year in a few weeks.

Southwest Inn at Sedona - a jewel in Sedona!

What an awesome find! We stayed here last minute (our other booking did not allow my service dog and I didn't care to argue the legalities with them) and we are so glad that we did! Christopher checked us in and offered us suggestions on a couple of restaurants (the pizza place down the street was great!). He told us that there was a complimentary breakfast in the morning! He also gave me a map of the area and directions to a couple of things that we were wanting to see. The room was perfect for us - a little small, but we didn't care! We had a fireplace, great beds and linens and HOT water with great water pressure! They even had an essential oil for sleep! After hiking the next morning, we made it back for breakfast. One of the items that they offer for breakfast are Tarahumara Burritos! Another great person that we encountered in our too brief stay was Hope. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around great person. We are looking forward to our annual hiking trip next year and will be definitely staying longer at the Southwest Inn at Sedona!

What a gem!

We stayed at the Southwest Inn in Sedona for one night in January. What a true "find" this hotel is! The room and the grounds were spotless and the people were very nice. The room was so cute! We felt very much like we were staying in a condo, not a hotel. It was spacious, had a fireplace, the beds were comfortable, and it had a nice big bathroom too! The headboards even lit up, with a mountain scene, a little "Disney-esque" in the very best way! The location was fabulous, and the complimentary breakfast, upstairs from the hotel lobby, had many options and was a perfect way to start the day. I can't think of even one negative. This hotel is so lovely, we highly recommend it!

Gorgeous view and room had a beautiful southwest decorated with a fireplace. The location was great and the room was very clean. I recommend asking for a second floor with Mountain View. We were so happy we chose this place for or last stop In Arizona

Fantastic stay

This was a fantastic room, lots of space. Nice outdoor space with table and chairs for each room where we spent our time. Very clean room. Housekeeping does a nice job. Breakfast was outstanding…loads of options. There are also a number of good restaurant options within a mile.
