Quick trip to Sedona

Had a great stay at the Wilde. Room was spacious and nice. Only negative is I wanted a room with views and they were not what I thought it would be. Also a balconette is kind of useless. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Stunning and Delightful

We stayed at The Wilde for two nights with our granddaughters who are 13 and 9. We booked the Grove King Suite with adjoining double queen room. These have to be the best rooms at this resort. We were on the second floor which I requested and the views match what is on the website. Absolutely stunning! From pre- check in to check out the staff was friendly and very accommodating. There are plenty of things to keep us busy if we wanted and relaxed if we needed it. There are hammocks, bean bag toss, fire pits, swimming pool, ping pong, foosball, etc. I loved that the ping pong and foosball were in the pool area in the shade. Lots of fun when out of the pool but could hop right back in when you wanted. The bartenders both days were fantastic and we tried new concoctions that were delicious. He even made a fresh lemonade from scratch since my granddaughter did not like the premade one in the bottle. The room was perfect for us. Extremely large and plenty of balcony space. The suite had a table with four chairs which came in handy when eating in room and playing board games. Bathrooms were spacious. Yes it’s a more expensive room but I’d do it again in a flash for the space and views. We ordered breakfast and dinner from Rascals and had it brought to the room. Breakfast was ok but dinner was superb. We had the ribeye steak, chicken, and lots of sides. I popped into the spa for the steam room only. It’s a small spa but fine. The resort location is perfect with grocery store and Sedonuts across the street. Also right by Dahl and DeLuca….our favorite Italian restaurant. We weren’t far from Slide Rock Park either. My only issue was with billing. I never experienced a holding fee per room that took so long to credit back. However, it all got credited properly and since I see no other reviews mention it I guess it’s normal these days. We utilized a great summer special with food and beverage credit on just about everything available. We were also given metal water bottles which were brand new and sealed yet refillable at several water stations around the resort. I just don’t see how any other resort could be better. Loved our stay and so did the granddaughters.

Loved our stay at Wilde

We stayed at Wilde Resort and Spa as part of our honeymoon. The location was unbeatable. At most, we were 15 mins away from any activity that we wanted to do. The staff were extremely friendly. Collin, at the Pool Bar, went above and beyond giving us three different types of recommendations and nailing all three. His drink suggestions were also top notch. Even though the resort is right off the highway, you cannot hear the noise and are made to feel like you’re in your own little oasis.

10/10 anniversary stay nestled in the Sedona red rocks

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Our experience at The Wilde was phenomenal. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the team surprised us with a handwritten note, sparkling wine, and chocolates in our room. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch. From start to finish, every part of our stay exceeded expectations. The service at Rascal and the pool bar was warm and attentive, and the entire property felt elevated while staying completely unpretentious. The grove, the public spaces, and our room were all beautifully appointed and incredibly relaxing. The resort is nestled so perfectly in the red rocks that you barely feel the need to leave. It truly feels like a retreat. I've never enjoyed a resort experience as much as this one. We’re already dreaming of our next stay. The Wilde is a gem.

The staff is wonderful here and the food and beverage are top shelf. I felt very taken care of and welcome. My room was comfy with high ceilings and an amazing view of the mountains.
