we were there from 9th May till 13th May and we were very happy with all the facilities, cleanliness and good food. we had our anniversary dinner on the rooftop and we were made to feel so special by all the staff there. breakfast was like royalty, with special attention to our needs by the staff. All the staff were warm, polite, charming and efficient. Special mention and kudos to Bintang, Benny, Ayu and the rooftop restaurant team

7 days of relaxation and great service.
Excellent service. The staff were first class. Small issues (lighting, menu (repetitive) bat poo) all sorted very quickly and efficiently. The villas are well worn, a bit like me. Some TLC required for some simple improvements e.g a splash of paint/varnish around the pool and electrical cables hidden in the water features. The level 18 bar is fun and friendly. It was part of our deal and was greatly appreciated. Menu was repetitive but alternatives are available if you ask. I repeat service is friendly fun and efficient.

A well spoilt honeymoon
We had a very warm welcome and enjoyable stay at The Trans Resort, Seminyak. They’re quite attentive and can attend to every need you may have. The staff went above and beyond for our Honeymoon stay. There are a lot of check-ins from staff when you’re around the resort which can disrupt your quiet time, nevertheless they’re so proactive and there for your pleasure so we couldn’t say it was too bad of a thing. Overall we would come back as it is quite family and couple friendly. I enjoyed my spa and pool time- there is also a fun timetable of activities happening within the resort, including cooking classes and movie nights! Well worth the stay!
