Excellent Hotel in a prime location for Seminyak

Great hotel definitely living up to is exceptional rating on Tripadvisor. The staff are so attentive and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, food is great, the rooms a spacious and the location is very central with easy reach of all the main Seminyak attractions. Only downside was the poor WiFi which I understand was being upgraded during our stay.

Our experience in this hotel is 5 out of 5. Excellent and very clean. Staffs are friendly and they look great particularly is their traditional outfits.

Great location Really relaxed atmosphere . Food was fantastic and the setting overlooked the pool We had the villa, such a beautiful place , exceptionally clean nothing was a problem for the butlers.

Spacious clean luxurious room with everything you need to shampoo , condition, shave and brush your teeth after the airport losing your luggage. (It didn’t happen but the airport is probably the most confusing place on earth) Appreciated the complimentary water bottle in glass rather than plastic. The gym had a sauna, the breakfast was excellent catering to all tastes. Appreciated the turmeric, ginger juice in shot glasses. The staff always friendly and attentive. Spoilt rotten really. And lastl but not least had a wonderful massage at the spa from Eluh which was amazing. Sorted out my headache from the neck stiffness from the flight the night before, and Nita who ran the spa and guided me was wonderful and friendly. Beautiful Bali inspired pavilion also. Totally wonderful. Worth every cent.
