The Trans Resort Bali

Fantastic Hotel ! Great location, very comfortable beds with your choice of pillows. Exceptional Staff , especially Yuda who looked after us in the Restaurant & by the pool- nothing was too much trouble ! At only 17 years of Age his smile and enthusiasm was great to see- a real asset to the Team at The Trans. Special shout out to Dana & Alexander who’s customer service is outstanding ! Will definitely be back !

It's a pretty amazing place. The food was absolutely fantastic! My partner and I were child free, but loved the friendly family atmosphere within the hotel. Staff 10/10 attention to detail was exceptional in single way. can't wait to return again. Thank you Trans Hotel

First stay at the trans resort and was I very impressed. The resort was awesome and had a lot of great facilities and features. Had everything you could ask for and in a great location. The biggest positive though was the friendly, kind and helpful staff through the whole resort. We would especially like to acknowledge Dana, Agus, Bintang, Deksu and Jordi for their service during our stay. Will be back!

This was our sixth stay at The Trans Resort. We usually choose to stay at different places when we visit Bali as each area and hotel offers a new experience. However, the facilities and service at The Trans are outstanding and we have no hesitation in returning. The rooms are spacious; the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is a delight. Each balcony overlooks the pool. The pool is great for a decent swim or just a place to relax and the sandy beach area is ideal for kids. The breakfast buffet is amazing plus you get the choice of a number of a la carte menu choices. I especially like the dim sum options. Food at the restaurant is great. There are so many good restaurants within a 10 minute walk but we found the food to be so good we chose to have dinner at The Trans. The Spa is first class. What makes The Trans Special are the staff. We especially want to acknowledge Cho, Pakis, Surya and Krishna at the restaurant and Yoga, Adi and Kevin in the Dim Sum area. Alex, the Manager, spends time every day talking to guests to check that they are having a great time and is very responsive to feedback.
