The Trans Resort Bali

Me and my husband first visited the Trans Resort for our honeymoon in 2016, and we felt it was only right to return—this time as a family with our two children (aged 7 and 5)—to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. From our very first point of contact back in September 2025, Sindi Yuliantari and Yohana Vallentina made the booking process incredibly easy. Their email responses were always prompt, detailed, and helpful, which made planning our stay completely stress-free. Upon arrival, the hotel was just as I remembered—if not better. Everything still felt grand, fresh, and beautifully maintained even after 10 years. When we entered our room, it was perfectly set up just as I had requested, and the view overlooking the pool was even more stunning than I remembered. The thoughtful touches, like the anniversary cake and farewell desserts, made our stay feel extra special. Although we did experience a few minor issues during our stay, the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. A special mention must go to Komung Suyadnya, who was our first point of contact—he resolved everything efficiently and left us feeling even more satisfied with the service. I truly cannot fault the Trans Resort. Every member of staff—from the restaurant team to poolside staff, kids club, in-room dining, and housekeeping—was friendly, attentive, and hardworking. Our children absolutely did not want to leave Bali, which says everything about how wonderful our experience was. Komung especially left a lasting impression on them, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you once again for making our two-week stay so memorable and enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Trans Resort. Exceptional service, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable bed, beautiful daily buffet breakfast included. We travelled with our teenagers and were provided with adjoining rooms. It was perfect for us.

Bu Epi and the entire team were nothing short of fantastic. We had a clear vision of what we wished to achieve for Ibu Sari’s Golden Dragon Ball. The results of this 120pax event were felt widely by the wider family and business community and much was thanks to the Trans Hotel Bali who accommodated every need. We were delighted to have a visit paid by the Senator who also enjoyed the warm hospitality. It takes only a small group of like minds to create a movement and momentum.
