A World-Class Resort with True Heart: Lynette is an Absolute Credit to Raffles!
Our family will forever be grateful for the extraordinary care and empathy shown by the team at Raffles Sentosa Resort. Earlier today, my daughter who has an invisible disability (Level 2 Autism and severe dyslexia) became lost while exploring Sentosa. In what was a deeply stressful moment, she managed to find her way into the Raffles lobby. There, she was met by a staff member named Lynette. Lynette went completely above and beyond, showing immense kindness, patience, and genuine care. She stepped in seamlessly, comforted my daughter, and safely helped her find her way back home. As a parent, words cannot fully express how much Lynette’s quick action and deep empathy meant to our family. This level of extraordinary service is exactly what makes the Raffles brand unique, commendable, and world-class. I truly hope the management team can identify her using today's date and give her the highest recognition she deserves.
