Raffles Sentosa Singapore

I went to stay at Raffles Sentosa for a holiday and i have to say, this resort is so peaceful, clean and beautiful. Room is very comfortable and it feels like you’re in another universe, and staffs are always smiling and makes me feel like i’m truly welcomed. I absolutely LOVED the rooms. I also went to have dinner at Empire Grill and the food was exquisite and its rich. Everything come out nice & fresh! Thanks to all the amazing staff and especially this man named Santos. Me and him had a nice chat, He was very attentive, polite and his personality really stood out to me. He was very joyful and i could tell that he really loves his job. The service with all the staff was truly a blessing. Made my whole day brighter. The food was excellent, Every single dish was nicely presented and full of flavour . Overall, the whole experience from check in until leaving was wonderful. I made many happy memories and will definitely recommend Raffles Sentosa Singapore to my family and friends.

We had drinks in the lobby are were hosted by Joanna. She made the whole experience very rewarding. Her elegance and kind demeanor made our day. Thank you to her and all the staff. We were also indulged with a ride around the hotel and hope to come back to stay one day.

We thought this being an Accor hotel with an excellent name we would get sublime service. Tom at check in was great. Breakfast was outstanding as were the staff serving it especially Fernando. Royal China was a great meal too. Couldn’t fault the restaurant staff. Shame about the housekeeping staff. Had to remind them to clean dishes and floors were never mopped or vacuumed. I am an Accor platinum member therefore should have received discounts on food and drink. When I queried this at the end they said they would look into it. After 3 emails and over a week later, no reply to my request. Very disappointing. Don’t think we will be back

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and well taken care of. My favorite part was definitely the private pool. It was peaceful, beautifully designed, and gave me the perfect place to relax and enjoy my special day. I also loved the cocktails—they were delicious, beautifully presented, and added a wonderful touch to the whole experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere throughout the resort was calm and luxurious, making it easy to completely unwind. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so memorable. I would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway.

Our stay at Raffles Sentosa Singapore to celebrate our wedding anniversary was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single person we met made us feel so genuinely welcomed and cared for. The resort is absolutely beautiful, but what truly makes it special is its people. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and effortless, making us feel like we were celebrating something truly special. This stay exceeded every expectation we had. We arrived excited to celebrate our anniversary, but we left with memories we'll treasure forever. Everyone made us feel so valued, so celebrated, and so at home. Before we even arrived, Ardena was wonderful in coordinating our stay and answering our questions. She made the whole experience feel seamless from the very beginning. A very special thank you goes to Gianni, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary one we will never forget. His kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made such a difference, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. Our butler Wichai welcomed us with such warmth and looked after us throughout our stay with genuine care. He anticipated every detail before we even had to ask and made us feel completely at home. We'd also like to thank Thomas from the Front Office, who made our departure just as smooth and pleasant as our arrival. Every dining experience during our stay was exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Taylor and Mano for creating the most incredible private dining experience at Le Jardin. It was one of the highlights of our anniversary and something we'll remember for years to come. We're also so grateful to James and Joanna for looking after us in the Chairman Room and for the fantastic Singapore Sling experience (which was complimentary during our stay), Eric and Sento for the fantastic service at Empire Grill, and Falen and Ee Sim for making our dinner at Royal China Restaurant such a wonderful experience. Everywhere we dined, we were met with genuine smiles, impeccable service, and a real passion for hospitality. A special thank you as well to Chefs Dominic and Bjoern. Every meal was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. You could really feel the care and creativity that went into every dish. Finally, we'd like to thank Rhea and Jessie, the Managers on Duty, for ensuring everything throughout our stay was perfect. It's clear that they lead a team that genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences for every guest.
