Raffles Sentosa Singapore

Truly enjoyed my staycation, was pampered by the great hospitality shown by our butler Jeff and his team. They were responsive to our requests and tried their best to accommodate where possible. It was really heartwarming to see my furkid being treated well too with some cute and helpful amenities. The rooms are spacious, very clean and have a nice mix of luxurious and cosy vibes, resulting in very comfortable stay. One potential improvement area is the TVs are not smart TV that could connect directly to i.e Netflix, hence you have to be content with the channels provided. As these are villas, it was very private and also a nice opportunity to invite friends over to use the pool and then chill at the large living room.

We had a wonderful experience at Raffles Sentosa, and we would especially like to commend Christopher for his exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with the warmest smile, making us feel genuinely cared for. He kindly drove us around the resort in a buggy, giving us a tour of the beautiful property and introducing the facilities and experiences that Raffles Sentosa has to offer before escorting us to our villa. When we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, Christopher immediately arranged for a birthday cake to be sent to our villa. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. Thank you, Christopher, for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding service, and we look forward to seeing you again on our next visit to Raffles Sentosa.

I decided to celebrate the end of my employment journey with a meal at Royal China, and Chef Ling did not disappoint. Every dish was beautifully prepared and made the occasion even more memorable. A special thank you to the wonderful service team led by Ee Sim—Sammi, Ben, Anna, Leanna, and Sunny—for their warm hospitality and attentive service. They made the entire dining experience comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.

Had the opportunity to experience Raffles Sentosa as part of a family entourage attending a family wedding. I have to say in the short stay within the premise, I felt like i had been transported away from the rest of the world. It was a peaceful sanctuary, albeit too exclusive for a city dweller like me. Accessibility of food was either through the in-room dining service or, the various restaurant options onsite. Of course, if you choose to, you could also venture off-site for other food options. Apart from the initial check-in miscommunications, a spider found in the child's travel pack and a disconnected message resulting in some inconveniences with a startled child. (when placing order for my in-room meal, i had specifically told the reception that i had a baby sleeping and not to ring the door bell, while it was acknowledged, the message did not seem to get passed. the door bell was rung not once but twice despite me having left the main door/gate slightly ajar), the stay was pleasant and calming to the soul. I would certainly consider a re-visit.
