Visited for a quick hair spa session and also shopped for some essential oil roll-ons and home spa essentials. The property offers a great variety of products, and there’s even a lovely bakery/café on the spa side of the building. Namsan Tower is clearly visible from here, and the overall vibe feels tranquil, almost like a getaway to a hill station or a staycation spot, even though it’s in the city. Despite some crowd, the atmosphere remained calm and relaxing, which I loved. However, the hair salon service was below average. Even though it’s managed by Aveda, the treatment did not feel up to the mark, which was disappointing. - Bhavna Darira Chesan

The stay was wonderful especially with a little baby. We loved the outdoor pool even tho we have to pay extra for the entrance (you can get 50% discount and it was worth it!!!)

One of the weirdest Banyan Trees in the world. Not a resort blending into its location’s landscape and architecture, but a high-rise hotel, with a parking lot filled with luxury cars of locals coming for spa, kids swimming lessons or staycations. The rooms are enormous, with a gigantic bathtub (that can easily fit six people) in the middle of the living room. F&B is good but also ‘strange’ (eg. outsized breakfast sets, virtually empty minibars in room). No English command on the in-room TV control. The hardware is better than the software. A lot of that is due to the relatively poor English of the (willing) staff.
