She made a dinner reservation for us, promptly arranged directions, and even sent a physical copy of the map to our room—all within a very short time. Wonderful Club Lounge Experience
I stayed here while visiting from Japan and booked a room with access to the Club Lounge. I absolutely love this lounge. it feels so open and elegant. The service was excellent, and Mr. Henry assisted me with my checkout, which made the experience very pleasant. The scones were exceptional. I would definitely love to visit again.

Very good stay. My wife and I stayed at Conrad Seoul in Jan 2026. The hotel staff upgraded to a river view room. Also, they offered free breakfast at Zest for my family. Special thanks to Jin at Zest. His service was excellent. Thank you so much.
