Conrad Seoul

I stayed at Conrad Seoul for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The early check-in and late check-out—each about 1.5 hours beyond the standard times—were a welcomed convenience that added flexibility to my stay. Previously, Diamond members could enjoy the full breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor. During this stay, however, complimentary breakfast was only offered in the Executive Lounge, where the selection was more limited. While it's still possible to pay the price difference to access the full buffet, I hope Hilton will consider reverting to the previous policy. That said, the afternoon tea and evening cocktail offerings in the lounge were delightful, and the calm, relaxed atmosphere made it a great place to unwind. The Executive Lounge staff were warm and professional throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mimi, who handled my check-out with great care, and to the entire team for their thoughtful hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We had a 5-star stay at Conrad Seoul, especially thanks to manager Aaron, and executive lounge staff member Sam. We were celebrating a birthday and Aaron made our day by upgrading our room and giving us a gift. He even gifted us the Conrad Seoul teddy bear key chain after I said I’ve been collecting them. Sam helped us get a late check out and was always so engaging with us and other guests in the lounge. Everyone was so helpful, approachable, and really made an effort to connect with guests in a genuine way, more than I’ve ever experienced at another hotel. The lounge had a good variety of food for breakfast and cocktail hour. I especially liked the dragon fruit. The views from the 37th floor were unreal. It’s a warm and cozy lounge that’s not overcrowded, and has a very inviting fireplace. This was one of the best (and biggest) hotel gyms I’ve seen. A very nice selection of equipment and they even have a Pilates studio. The overall location was great. We took a short uber ride to Hongdae to explore on a nice day, but if it’s raining there’s everything you need in the mall that’s connected by the basement level passageway. We will definitely be back! Thank you Aaron and Sam!

Great services by staff at the front desk and restaurant. Stella, the front desk person, was so helpful to address what I needed without any hesitation and with great service mind. Although it was a short stay this time, I had a very relaxing time to recover the travel fatigue.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is beautiful and the lounge in the top floor is impressive. Staff were on top of their game the whole time. Yum is very big and is one of the few I’ve been to where people actually use it. Must be because it’s in a business district. Breakfast is really good with a tin of variety. Rooms are very spacious and even though everything is controlled through buttons and iPads it’s extremely easy to use. A lot of high end hotels I’ve stayed at have similar systems to control everything in the room but are really confusing. Not so in this hotel. I’d definitely stay here again when in the area. Solid 5 star property

Jin at the front desk was very friendly and super informative. He answered all our questions. We will definitely come back to Conrad because of him.
