Conrad Seoul

A very elegant five star hotel, with excellent staff and service. Serena Park in the Executive Lounge was so professional and friendly, a great asset to the Conrad brand!

The Conrad in Seoul is amazing for many reasons. First and foremost is the staff. We were not only greeted professionally by the women and men in the lobby but they also held several conversations with us in perfect English. Of course, English is not needed but it was appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed recommendations and directions. The hotel is beautiful. From the lobby, halls, and rooms to the restaurants and other accommodations you can see the care and quality of this property. Our daily service and turn down service was also above expectations. If you're traveling to Seoul, this is your best bet.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel and wanted to highlight that made it stand out. For anyone booking a visit, I highly recommend requesting a room on one of the upper floors. The river view from that height is absolutely spectacular and provides a serene backdrop to the entire stay. What impressed me most was how silent the room remained throughout my visit. It is rare to find such a peaceful environment that genuinely caters to a restorative night's sleep. Additionally, the nightly ritual of a warm cup of tea from Conrad was a highlight. It was incredibly comforting to wind down each evening with a hot drink, adding a thoughtful, cozy touch to the overall experience. I look forward to returning!

Location was by a beautiful work just off the HangRiver. Hotel was lovely, clean, luxurious, and service was excellent. It was a full gym and lap pool.

First visit September 2025. On that occasion the wonderful staff and facilities made me feel like an Emperor. I promised Henry in Executive Lounge that I would return for Cherry Blossom season. It was an honour and a privilege to return. Easter weekend 2026 was peak Blossom season and that so exceeded my expectations. A fabulous hotel with truly great people working there. There is a culture of smiling and making guests happy. Sam (Kim) welcomed me back on arrival. I had only visited once before but Sam remembered me from my last visit. His kind, hospitable welcome demonstrated beautiful Korean hospitality. Such nice interactions give an amazing impression of a country to the visitor. Top marks Sam and team! Thanks for your kindness. The Cherry Blossom season so exceeded my expectations. Soo Concierge arranged some dinners for me - working hard so far beyond the call of duty. Alla Prima (have reviewed separately) was my favourite meal over 3 weeks. William Concierge had designed a PDF Blossom viewing map. His information was 100% correct. It made my trip so easy and most uplifting. Well done and thanks. As per my previous review Andy still boss at Front Office. Keep up the outstanding work. Small room for improvement at level 37 bar. 37 restaurant excellent Hanwoo beef. Executive Lounge the absolute best on the whole Conrad network. Corner Suite was so comfortable. I love the technology. Didn't use leisure facilities. My mission was to see the Blossoms. Two staff members I met for the first time on this visit were Stella (breakfast level 2) and Jace - Concierge. Stella and Jace went to the utmost care to make me smile and enjoy my stay. Stella remembered I liked Cappucino at breakfast and, unprompted, delivered my coffee every morning. Jace deserves to work in the Korean Diplomatic service. He helped me so much with transport / directions and some suggestions for tourism. Overall a flawless, perfect stay. Whilst the opinion as follows is controversial I truly discovered that the Blossoms in Seoul were the best in the world and lesser known than in other countries. Probably some of the best days of my life at Conrad Seoul April 2026. After deep thinking (as overall it is such a fabulous hotel with so many memorable team members) I recommend Jace for employee of the month. I plan a return March 2027 to relive the wonderful season!
