Conrad Seoul

This hotel provides excellent service. We stayed for six days and enjoyed every single minute. They gave us a very warm welcome, and the staff here are professional. The executive lounge was quiet and comfortable, perfect for reading and listening to music. Breakfast used to be even better, but the quality is still outstanding.

Just had a great stay at the Conrad Seoul. We would definitely come back again. The Executive Lounge is a great addition to a guest’s room stay. The team that manages the lounge is exceptional. Everyone is service oriented and looking to assist the guests. The staff helped me out on several occasions, acting as a concierge with great results. They all work great as a team. The food and drink selections throughout the day are spot on. A good mixture of Eastern and Western flavors. I can’t think of any shortcomings within the lounge or hotel itself. This is the 3rd Conrad hotel I’ve stayed in. I would say that the Conrad Seoul exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to visit again.

Like the title says, the rooms are loud. There doesn’t seem to be any sound insulation for the doors, and our room was literally right in from the elevators. We could hear everyone that walked by, at times in the morning kids would excitedly walk by and laugh/scream and it sounded like they were in room. Wish they would’ve added some usb and universal outlets bedside like other similar priced hotels is Seoul. If like us, you are someone that prefers to sleep in a dark environment, be prepared. The a/c and bedside control doesn’t fully dim and at night is still pretty bright. And the only way to close/open the blinds and adjust the lights is using the bedside control. Which is only on one side of the bed. They have a Dyson hairdryer which is nice, but for reason they put it next to window and you can’t move somewhere more convenient. Breakfast can get super crowded, so go down early or be prepared to wait. Location is nice, directly connected to IFC Mall and can use underground passage to get to Hyundai Department Store which has lots food options. Overall not really a bad hotel, but would stay somewhere else next time.

Our stay at the Conrad Seoul was exceptional from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our rooms were located close together for our group. Breakfast was outstanding—top-notch quality with attentive service, and the team even remembered personal details about our party. Special thanks to the concierge for crafting a tailored itinerary around my daughter’s love for Korean pop music, and to Julie in the Executive Lounge, whose attentiveness and warmth stood out. The hotel’s location is excellent, directly connected to both IFC Mall and Hyundai Center Mall, offering fantastic shopping and dining options. We also enjoyed the 37th-floor bar, which served excellent cocktails and tasty bar bites. An all-around great experience, and we look forward to returning to Seoul and staying here again.

As a mother of three with a very full life, I rarely take the time to write reviews — but I felt truly compelled to recognize Mimi at the check-in desk of Conrad Seoul for her outstanding service during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, Mimi went above and beyond to ensure our requests were addressed. While a late checkout request couldn’t be accommodated due to full booking, she did everything possible to make our stay both comfortable and truly memorable. She listened attentively to our preferences and took extra steps to make our visit special. From thoughtfully taking a photo of my mom and me and framing it with a Conrad keepsake frame, to delighting my children with adorable teddy bears — her warm gestures and attention to detail truly stood out. Her kindness and clear communication made a real difference. Mimi’s dedication to guest satisfaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality, and she is truly an asset to the Conrad team.
