Conrad Seoul

Our check-in process was attended to by Julia, who was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Our room was larger than the conventional hotel room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were assigned a room looking out to the Han River, which had a very nice view. Our breakfast was on the second floor of the hotel. We were greeted by Stella, who was friendly and always accommodating to our requests. She was attentive and offered us welcome drinks as Hilton Diamond Members. Another plus point about the Conrad Seoul is that the hotel is connected to the IFC Mall and department store The Hyundai. There are no shortage of shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the Conrad Seoul as a top hotel to stay in Seoul. Even though the hotel is located in the business district of Yeouido, it is a short taxi or subway ride to other tourist attractions within Seoul.

We have a wonderful stay at Conrad Seoul from May 6th to May 14th. My husband and I truly enjoy every part of our experience. The location is excellent, very convenient and connected to shopping,restaurant, and transportation. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and extremely clean. Our room was spotless everyday, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful river and city view from our room. Seeing the Han river and Seoul skyline, especially at night,made our stay even special. We also loved the Executive Lounge. The food was excellent, and everything was always fresh and well presented. It was one of the best lounge experiences we have had. The staff at the hotel were outstanding-always professional,warm, and helpful. We especially want to thank Taylor Kim , who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. His kind attention to guess really stood out and made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire Conrad Seoul team for such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We are already looking forward to returning in the future!

Having stayed at properties like the Waldorf Astoria Berlin, the Conrad Tokyo, the Intercontinental Ljublana, among others, the Conrad Seoul will always remain our absolute favorite. From check-in to a surprise birthday celebration, the staff were extremely attentive, kind, caring, and always offered a helping hand. I want to be specific in thanking those who truly made our stay magnificent. Mr. Koon Park, Ms. Synthia, Ms. Julia, Ms. Mimi, and the star of the show, Ms. Grace. We cannot say enough platitudes about each and every person listed, whether it was fantastic experience in the Executive Lounge; a surprise birthday message to thoughtful gestures awaiting in our room; excellent Olive Young recommendations; booking dinner reservations on our behalf; our turndown service; ensuring our deliveries made it or otherwise, this trip was nothing short of superb. Ms. Grace, you elevated our stay the moment we met you, and for that, we say thank you! We truly hope our paths cross again, but to be sure, we will certainly return to the Conrad Seoul. As a Hilton Honors member, I was greeted via “Chat with Us” from the app after the reservation. Ms. Bella helped us with requested accommodations which made my arrival with pleasant hope and expectation. They were met and greeted as expected during the check-in from Ms. Julia whom accommodated all other details during the stay. As we visited restaurant “Zest” for breakfast, Ms. Stella topped off our experience with warm smile and professional hotelier service. Ms. Bella, Ms. Julia, and Ms, Stella thank you and I look forward to returning next time.

I stayed at the Conrad with my two teen sons. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and our room was ready when we arrived. We liked the location and ended up taking Ubers around just to make things easier and they were affordable. We absolutely loved the hotel breakfast buffet.
