Oakwood Premier Coex Center

Spacious appartment for a family of four. Only the AC was not working properly. Among amenities, they have a small pantry with dish washer, fridge, microwave.....washing machine, iron board, in built bidget in WC of master bathroom

This is a great serviced hotel apartment. Great amenities and staff. We had Cindy who answered all of our questions! Her English was very good. She is a friendly and accommodating front desk staff. A great place to stay in a good popping area.

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to a staff member named Woody. The day before departing South Korea, I left my iPhone in a taxi. I rushed down to the desk on the first floor seeking help, and Woody went above and beyond to help me. He remained incredibly calm and professional. He tried every possible way to track down the taxi. He even used his own number to connect me with the driver. The driver finally got in touch with us and I was able to get my phone back safely. I truly hope the management recognizes his outstanding performance. Thank you so much, Woody!

Our stay was excellent. The check in process was quick and the receptionists were very attentive, helpful and kind. Spesial thanks to Mr Leo and Mr Jun for helping us with the extension stay of our room. The room was spacious, clean and all ameneties were complete. The breakfast was very nice too with enough varieties. The gym and golf simulators were great as well. All in all, 2 thumbs up ! Keep up the great work guys ! I visit Seoul once or twice a year, and I always choose Oakwood Premier Coex Center for its comfort and reliability. It is an excellent place to stay, especially when traveling with a young child. During this recent trip, a staff member named Cindy at the front desk was exceptionally thoughtful. She took care of things I hadn't even thought to ask for, such as arranging a bed guard for my daughter. Thanks to her proactive service, we had a very safe and comfortable stay. While the facilities may not be the newest, the rooms are consistently well-maintained and sparkling clean. I am always satisfied with the room condition here. Highly recommended for families!
