After a long overnight trip and a very early morning arrival, Sol at the front desk was a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. She allowed early access to my room and to the very nice spa. What a nice hotel, nice staff and nice experience. I will 100% stay here again.

The spa experience overall was excellent, great treatments, clean facilities, and kind staff. One day, as a blind guest needing some extra help, I encountered an attendant who seemed frustrated about assisting me, saying he was “tied down” and couldn’t finish his other work. I raised the issue with management, and they handled it exceptionally well. We had a thoughtful conversation about accessibility and they responded with genuine care and generosity. For guests who need additional support, I recommend notifying the spa manager before arrival so proper arrangements can be made. With that, you can expect a top-quality and welcoming experience.

The gym is top-tier, with professional group fitness classes and a full range of equipment. Thank you to Ian, trainee, for always greeting me with a smile, assisting with machines, and offering water and towels — such wonderful service. The Westin Club Lounge offers gourmet and comfort food, cocktails and a perfect view of the city of Seoul. The doormen were consistently professional and helpful with taxis and transfers. Amazing experience at The Westin Josun located in Myeongdong, Seoul. The room was clean, modern, and had a beautiful view of the nearby Palsangjeon and Seoul Plaza. This 5 star hotel really set itself apart by the service it provided as the staff were friendly, fluent in English, and extremely helpful. One of the highlights was the Club Lounge access that we added, and David, Blair, and Leen helped to make our cocktail hour reservations a great night out. Highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and outstanding service.

Exy Jun managed to help and checked us in early. As it was our first time at the Westin, we were also given access to the club lounge. Overall expect fast, and friendly hospitality at the Westin Josun. Location is also super convenient for Myeongdong area.
