The Westin Josun Seoul

The Westin Josun is a classic modern hotel in the heart of Seoul. We were met with excellent customer service from the moment we stepped into the lobby. Our receptionist, Ida, has excellent English skills and did a wonderful job checking us in, and explained all of the hotel amenities and experiences. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Can definitely recommend the hotel breakfast in their main restaurant, Aria.

The staff is so cheerful and eager to help. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was great.

Stayed for a week with my family. Am a frequent global traveller and can benchmark the Westin against many top hotels globally. I have also stayed at this property when I used to work in Seoul in the 2010s, staying over 50 nights back then. The Westin looks a bit dated now and the rooms feel a bit small. There were also renovations going on. Having said that it is a very well run property with one of the best concierge teams I have ever come across. Ping Ko, Lizzy and colleagues were highly responsive, professional and customer focused. Best experience I have had including top properties in Europe, the US and Asia. Room service was great and well prepared. Breakfast buffet a bit crowded but high quality and faultless. Location is also great for Myeoungdong. Thanks Westin team.

Our family stayed here for a week and from the ease of reservations to the outstanding concierge services to the comfort and location, our stay has exceeded our highest expectations as frequent travelers. The concierge team including Ping, Lizy, and Elena (and everyone else that answered my countless emails) was truly helpful in that our stay felt like a personalized and curated experience tailored to our family. We were set up with sitter services, recommended the most fitting of restaurants, and felt really taken care of in a luxury and premium setting. The food was also exceptional, including the shaved ice! We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it without reservation.

I truly think this is the best hotel I've ever been in. Not because of the room or the lobby, which is amazing. It's the people and the service, thank you ida and max for an amazing service. Would come back any time.
