The Westin Josun Seoul

I travel a ton for work all over the US and Europe, so I've stayed in plenty of hotels, but this was my family's first time staying at one in Seoul. What a great experience. Woody and the whole team were so warm and took amazing care of us.

My wife and I stayed here for a week from late February to early March, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First of all, the location is excellent—it is within walking distance of the lively Myeongdong area, which offers a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Our room was modern and had a nice view facing the historic Hwangudan Altar. As Platinum Elite members of Marriott, we had access to the lounge on the top floor, where a great variety of food was offered for breakfast, along with a good selection of light meals during cocktail hours. We were also able to dine at “Aria,” the restaurant on the first floor, although we preferred the lounge overall. In addition, the gym facilities were of very high quality. There were always staff members present who paid close attention to detail, which made the experience even better. I especially enjoyed using the gym during our stay. Finally, the service and hospitality were outstanding. The staff were consistently polite and knowledgeable. In fact, I accidentally left my HDMI-to-USB-C adapter and a cable in the room, but they kindly arranged to send them to my home address afterward. I truly appreciate their help. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visit Seoul.

We have had a wonderful experience at the Westin Josun. The hotel is very nice and the staff couldn’t be any more accommodating. Starting with checking in with Sam, they did everything possible to enhance our stay. I’m very appreciative to them. The food was also excellent, including a wonderful buffet to start the day. The hotel is also centrally located to many of the sights any tourist wants to visit while in Seoul. I highly recommend

Second time staying at this hotel. Simply greeted with excellent service. Everyone at the lobby is very friendly and helpful particularly Zoey Park, who helped with the room reservation. Rooms are large and spacious as compared to the rest.
