Lizy Kim at the concierge was so helpful and accommodating! She helped me with renting a car and even helped me communicate with them since I don’t know Korean. Everyone at Westin josun is so friendly and helpful!

Exceptional Service, Perfect Location, and a Relaxing Stay.
From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome from the team at the Westin Josun. A special thanks to Sam at reception for ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in—he made sure everything was perfectly in order. The amenities were excellent, especially the spa and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding. The lounge on the 20th floor was also a highlight—great atmosphere and a wonderful place to relax. The location is ideal for shopping, making everything easily accessible. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended!

The best Hotel in Seoul !
The Westin Josun Seoul is one of the oldest hotels in Korea, and its long history is clearly reflected in the excellence of its service and facilities. The level of customer service is outstanding, and the cleanliness of the rooms is truly top-notch. I also found the quality of the food to be exceptional. In particular, the sunset and the night view of Seoul from the Executive Lounge on the 20th floor are absolutely breathtaking. For anyone visiting Seoul, I highly recommend experiencing this hotel at least once.

Truly a heartwarming stay!
The hotel’s location is perfect — close to Namsan, Myeongdong, and Gyeongbokgung — making it easy to explore the city. I chose this hotel for its classic charm and historical character, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the staff’s warm hospitality stood out. During check-in, SAM welcomed me with such a kind and genuine smile that even the cloudy weather felt brighter. He explained everything thoroughly, so I had no trouble using the hotel facilities. Although classic hotels sometimes show their age, I always find myself returning for the exceptional service — and this stay was no exception. I usually prefer The Shilla Hotel, but today, I experienced the same level of heartfelt service at The Westin Josun. It truly made my day. 😊
