If you desire the best of the best hotels in Seoul, The Westin Chosun is the one I highly recommend to people I care about. During my stay at The Westin Chosun Seoul, I was warmly assisted by Ms. Sarah Jeon, Front Office Manager. A simple question about a taxi became an unforgettable lesson in true hospitality. She confirmed my destination, arranged the taxi, personally escorted me to the entrance, and even noted the license plate to ensure a smooth ride. Attention to detail is the norm here. Her professionalism, grace, and dedication reflect the very best of The Westin Chosun — a hotel that has long stood as an institution in Seoul’s history. Every time I return, I find not only comfort but also excellence in service. The iconic City Hall, the bustling central shopping district, and the nearby subway stations are all conveniently located, but most of all, I felt at home here because of people like Ms. Sarah Jeon.

Staff were amazing from checking in with Zaiythan, followed by other members of staff namely Emma, Zeldan and hazel kim the duty manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Excellent location.

We usually go for midrange hotels, but as it was our first time in Seoul, we decided to go up a notch. Great location, and the hotel is a pick-up and drop-off point for the K Limousine bus and other day trips, which makes life really easy. Didn't bat an eyelid and extended our checkout to 2pm. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking and didn't eat at the restaurants, but we did enjoy a cocktail in the bar. The bed was really comfy, and the pillows perfect for me - always important! The staff are friendly and attentive without being stuffy! Great location with metro stations nearby and the crazy nighttime bustle of Myeongdong a short walk.
