Our December family Trip to Seoul was made extremely memorable by our stay at your Presidential Suite!!! We were extremely delighted and grateful for your staff WOODY for opening the suite specially for us during our Winter Stay! WOODY was wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay!!! We have already booked our next trip in May 2026 at your Hotel and we look forward to another unforgettable trip to SEOUL!!

I stayed at Westin Josun Seoul for three nights with my mother. The hotel has been open for more than 100 years and is not the most modern or glamorous. However, the location and hardware are quite decent. The biggest highlight is the service. Every staff member that I encountered during the stay, especially those from the club lounge, were super professional and friendly. I almost felt at home. It's the best I've ever received from any hotel in the world!

If you are deciding between hotels in Seoul, just book this one. It is about the overall experience, and this is a hotel where you truly feel taken care of, not just checked in. Staying at Westin Josun Seoul was honestly the best part of our 7-day trip to Korea. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome. What really impressed us was how every single staff member was so helpful, professional, and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed. It made us wonder how the hotel manages to have everyone at this level. Also, all the staff we interacted with spoke very good English, which made everything so easy and comfortable for us. Even before we arrived, Lizy Kim had already helped arrange something special for our anniversary, which we really appreciated. During our stay, Zoey Park was also incredibly kind and welcomed us back from our trip with such care. We stayed as a family with a young child, and the staff treated us so well. What stood out the most were the small details. For example, when we took a taxi and had our stroller in the trunk, the staff reminded the driver and helped confirm everything for us. It may seem like a small thing, but it really shows how thoughtful they are. We would also like to thank all the staff, including the kind doormen and the lady who helped us book our visit to Hyundai Motorstudio so easily. We have stayed in other top hotels in Seoul, but the service here is truly on another level. No matter how tired we were from our day, coming back to the hotel always felt like coming home. We were welcomed warmly every single time. The room was spacious enough with a nice view of the Hwangudan Altar. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept so well every night. One thing we really loved was the scent. Everything smelled so good, from the entrance to the laundry and even the amenities. Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. We took the airport bus no. 6701 to ICN for both arrival and departure, and the bus stopped right in front of the doorstep. It is also very easy to get around by subway. The food at the Executive Club Lounge was very good. Even though the selection was not huge, the quality of the ingredients was excellent every single day. The shrimp, beef, tuna, asparagus, and even the miso soup with sea urchin were all really impressive. Even though we had breakfast there for five days, it never got boring because they changed some of the options. And the bakery was so good. All in all, staying here was one of the best decisions we made for our family trip.
