We had the most wonderful time staying at the Westin Josun. It’s my go to place to stay. As a platinum member, we had the lounge access. Leen and other staff took utmost care of my family. The day my daughter got sick, she couldn’t eat anything and Leen asked the chef to make white rice jook. My daughter still talks about how good it was. Leen took care of our photo shoot arrangements with hanbok. She even took care of all of our logistics to Namsan Tower. Thank you so much for such great hospitality. We cannot wait to visit Seoul again and stay at the Westin Josun.

The Westin Josun is amazing! The location couldn’t be more perfect. We were able to easily walk to so many sites: palaces, City Hall, Gwanghwamun Square, major shopping areas, and more. The staff were exceptional, from lobby attendant Dominic, to Front Desk Staff Woody Ham, and the Concierge Desk (even before we arrived Ping, Summer, and Lizy emailed with us and responded to our questions quickly and accurately). Everyone was so very attentive. The room was well appointed, comfortable, quiet, clean, and had great views. We recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seoul. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Truly a wonderful place and experience.

I recently stayed at The Westin Josun Seoul and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—tucked away just enough to feel private, yet within walking distance of Myeongdong, the Lotte Department Store, and beautiful historic palaces. What I loved: The Service: The staff is incredibly attentive and professional. From check-in to concierge, everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The Heavenly Bed: True to the Westin brand, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had some of the best sleep I've had in weeks. The Food: Breakfast at Aria is a must-try. The selection is vast, and the quality is top-notch. A quick tip for future travelers: In line with recent environmental regulations and hotel policy, please note that toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided as complimentary amenities. You’ll want to pack your own or be prepared to purchase them. Overall, it’s a beautiful property that manages to feel both historic and modern. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Seoul!
