My wife and I had stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in early May 2026 after two plus years since our previous stay. With continuous renovations of its facilities, the hotel has successfully updated its entire facilities while maintaining its inherent elegant ambiance. Above all, this hotel’s most valuable assets seem to be the entire team of its staff members. Led by General Manager Junguk Lee, all the staff members have continued to serve the guests with amazing efficiency and courtesy. From arrival to departure, the guests would not need to make an effort to seek any assistance, because staff members would promptly show up to offer any assistance needed. We felt that they were all well versed mind readers with 360 degree vision. Among all the outstanding staff members of the hotel, the following members especially helped us feel this hotel our “home away home”. - Hotel Lobby: Sol Kim, Michael Baek, Ping Ko (고화평). - Executive Club Lounge: David (배경국), 강범구, 마성협, Jinny (최유진), Jenny (정예송), Blair (육보미), Ella (남슬기), Leen (김도현), Lia (이다연), 이민하. - Aria Restaurant: Junseong Heo, Judy Kim, Jaewon Choi. I would highly recommend The Westin Josun Seoul as a top choice hotel in Seoul.

Wife and I stayed at the Westin Josun Seoul in May 2026. Extremely nice hotel! Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was outstanding and included their club on top floor for breakfast and afternoon reception. They were kind enough to give us late checkout as our flight was in the evening. We highly recommend this hotel for visitors to Seoul.

I spent a 40 year career in international business, many trips to Korea, almost always stayed at the (then) Westin Chosun. Excellent hotel. Now retired, came back as tourist after several years. New name, remodeled lobby and rooms. No longer excellent…now outstanding! This was the last stop on a three week, six city trip to Japan and Korea. Many wonderful hotels, but the Westin Josun was the best. The difference? The staff. Everyone we interacted with, from Front Desk to maid was exceptionally cheerful and welcoming. Particular praise for concierge desk - we were recognized by sight and welcomed by name. Very impressive. After 40 years of business travel in Asia staying in the best hotels (thank you, expense accounts), I can state confidently that the Josun is one of the best.

Outstanding Concierge service! Excellent lobby staff & amazing front reception service! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations at every level. I booked this trip to attend a close friend's birthday. In advance I requested the assistance from The Westin Josun Seoul "Concierge staff" who were extremely helpful. Their service is seriously next level. I have stayed at many hotels and this is by far the best! A special thanks to "Ping" who promptly responded to my numerous enquiries. Ping organised numerous dinners (amongst other things) which required precision timing as other activities had also been booked. Timing between events was imperative to ensure a smooth transition and that no late arrivals occurred. Ping arranged two top quality birthday cakes from the Westin hotel "Josun Deli" (bakery located at the lower level at the hotel) for two separate birthday events. The Concierge team including; "Tom & Lizy" also were tremendous with helping me with further enquiries and also assisted with the purchase of a hotel VIP Amenity that was placed in the room for the birthday recipient's room which consisted of a bottle of wine, fruit and chocolates along with a handwritten welcome birthday card. The Concierge email response times were impeccable. Their attention to detail was truly exceptional. Their follow up before, during and after staying at the hotel created one extremely happy experience. The Concierge staff ("Ping", Tom, Lizy) worked as one highly efficient team who provided an "all in one" in-house curated experience who are highly experienced. The breakfast at the hotel should definitely be pre-booked for anyone staying at the hotel > it was layered with many dishes and was delicious. We also had included "Happy hour" located on level 20 of the hotel which included all spirits, beers, wine decent sized snacks (hot & cold). Lobby staff were very helpful and answered many questions > from tourist locality's and providing clear instructions regarding directions, booked transportation, helped with bags (very efficient & friendly), The amenities were very clean all round. The room beds were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious with good water pressure. There was a fridge in the room along with various drinks to purchase. An iron and board, large clothing cupboards along with all the bathroom accessories that you need. (Room 1608). Both Ping & Tom left a handwritten welcome note and confirmation letter upon my arrival to ensure I was kept up to date for all of my requests. This was very comforting as it showed they were on top of everything. I highly recommend The Westin Josun Seoul hotel to any person visiting Seoul. The hotel was located a very short minute or two walk, central to all shops, food, restaurants and retail stores. Thank you to Ping, Tom and Lizy. A quick mention that "Ella" at front reception who was also extremely helpful upon my arrival. Five out of five stars. Amazing service! Thank you. (Room 1608 > 24 Apr - 1 May 2026)
