Perfect stay
Amazing service, Woody welcomed us and handled our reservation with the utmost care. We had our luggage brought to the room, fresh water and drinks. This is an above and beyond experience.

Great hotel!
Great location right by Myeongdong. The rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable. Ida Kim helped us check in at the front desk. She was fantastic giving us all the details for our stay and answering all our questions. A++++

Outstanding Service and High-Class Hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Seoul (9 nights). The service was truly outstanding — efficient, professional, and with exceptional attention to detail throughout our stay. the minute we enter the hotel and the wonderful smell that welcomes us was amazing. A special thanks to Lizy from the Concierge team, who was extremely helpful and attentive. The overall service and treatment made us feel genuinely well looked after. We also enjoyed an excellent room-service dinner, as well as a lovely meal at the Italian restaurant. The quality of the food and service was consistently impressive. The hotel is perfectly located close to the busy and lively areas of Seoul, yet once inside, it feels peaceful and relaxing — a wonderful balance. A high-class hospitality experience from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay
Wonderful stay at the perfectly located Westin Josun. Tom, our concierge, could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend if you want to be on the doorstep of Myeongdong.
