Amazing experience
Amazing experience at the Westin, one of the most famous hotels in Seoul. The rooms are good and comfy, food is great and the service is outstanding. Big up to Woody (우디) for his kindness, honesty and for the fact that he did his best for us to have a beautiful experience here. Will definitely come back.

Checking into a grand hotel.
Just checked into the Westin Josun Seoul. It is a grand hotel and after a long flight, the checkin experience was great. The receptionist Woody was very helpful and accommodating.

Great location near main shopping street and a lot of nice restaurants . Service was on time. Good breakfast and special assistance form concierge Mrs Summer Park who helped us a lot! Definitely we will visit again!

Very pleasant experience in Westin Josun Seoul
The whole staff was extremely welcoming, we felt like we came to visit family. Woody was specially attentive to our needs since we are 3 people in our stay, he managed to include all of us in the amenities which made enjoy our stay fully. Even found some goodies in our room. Overall we are very pleased with the hotel and its staff. We will come back again for sure!

World class customer service
This place is world class service from the minute you enter . Valets deal with the cab drivers and gather your luggage . Greeters guide you to the front desk . Woody at the front was so amazing to us . Corrected my horrible Korean in a polite way explained all the amenities in detail walked us to the hotel and arranged our luggage into the room . The room is amazing g and well appointed and as titanium we got upgraded to a magnificent suite . The lounge is huge with constant support at every point . Anything you need is a phone call away and they come to the room a minute later .
