Exceptional staff and great facilities at the centre of Seoul
Hotel is well located in the centre of Seoul with walking distance to many attractions. We were given a room with a view of the temple and can see the contrast of the old and new from the room. Reception was excellent and personal, attentive to our needs as a family immediately. Facilities are exceptional and room size was bigger than many other comparable hotels we stayed in Korea.

A true 5-star hotel!
We should have stayed here for our entire trip. The atmosphere is very welcoming & staff is very attentive & welcoming.The check-in process was easy & smooth so as check-out. Love the artisan bread & cakes at the Josun Deli & the seasonal bingsu at the Lounge & Bar. Room service offers a variety of choices & delicious. The laundry service is fast & reliable. It’ll definitely be our #1 choice when we visit Seoul again.

Close to perfect
What a great hotel: gleaming, shiny, calm, luxurious. It’s a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. The breakfast room is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Anything you want, freshly made, from fried eggs to dim sum to udon noodles to latte. Despite all that, it was toasted blueberry bagels with blueberry jam that stick in the mind. The restaurants are all excellent - pricey, but so good it seems worth it. Sushi Cho was especially good. I loved the cuttlefish sushi and the subtle beef with mushrooms. I started every evening in the bar. A great place to relax. The location works really well too: a metro line nearby and buses in all directions. It’s very central for the tourist sites. In fact it sits on top of one of them: the emperor’s altar, demolished by the Japanese at the start of the 20th century. Some of the original buildings are still alongside.

Great time at westin
Great stay, good service while at lounge and upon checking in woody the front desk staff super friend and helpful. Will definitely come back again. Thank you to all the staff at westin, they are super nice and friendly.
