The Westin Josun Seoul

Great stay at the Westin Josun Hotel! The staff has impeccable professionalism and and genuine warmth. Every interaction felt personalized, and they went above and beyond from handling luggage on arrival to friendly and efficient check in. They also granted my 3rd guest in a second room complimentary breakfast and club room access as an extension of my Titanium benefit. Every interaction from front desk, porters, club room attendants and restaurant staff was pleasant and they all went above and beyond to ensure service was exceptional. The location of the hotel is excellent. Conveniently situated walking distance to Myeongdong via street or underground path access when it was too hot. The spa is a nice way to start your day or unwind after a long day with clean, well maintained hot pools, cold pool , steam room, sauna and massage chair in the lounge. a serene oasis, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Would definitely recommend Westin Josun as a home base when in Seoul

The staff here are amazing, especially the people who worked the concierge desk on the 20th floor: Jenny, Leen, Jinny, Lina, and Ella Nam. They were courteous, professional, and went out of their way to ensure that we had the best trip. In particular, I had trouble making online and phone reservations for museums and water parks. Lina, Jenny, and Leen took the time to call the places we wanted to visit and made the reservations for me. They provided me with really helpful note cards for the taxi and for the museums. Lina even sent me a follow up email to inform me about a virtual reality place that my daughter was curious about. Jinny helped make reservations for the restaurant downstairs (9th gate), and, for my anniversary, had the restaurant do the “Happy Anniversary” lettering service. Jinny also helped prepare the special cocktail during the “Cool Summer Josun” event. It was so nice and we really felt taken care of. My daughter was especially so happy to see a note Ella Nam wrote for her, with an illustration, wishing her a happy visit and including snacks. We cannot wait for our next stay here in Seoul. We stayed here for six nights, and enjoyed every minute, especially the breakfasts. The pool was great. The treadmills with the preprogrammed routines where very cool.

i felt like a rock star when i checked in. instantly, i had 3 people descend upon me to take my bags and escort me to the front desk for check in. the staff was super attentive and helpful no matter the question. i liked the sofa and table in the room. it was really comfy to relax after a long work week in Paju. the bathroom was compact and clean. i didn't like the high side to the bathtub. it was difficult to get in and out without feeling like i would slip. the cold temperature of the hair dryer was perfect for the hot weather while i was staying there. the bed was SOOOO comfortable that i was sad i only had one night to sleep here. a word of caution to anyone dining there. the Italian restaurant was way more spendy than i anticipated. i should have eaten in the lobby bar which is more reasonable and had a good vibe. i was especially happy that the airport bus stopped right at the front door of the hotel so i didn't have to carry my bags a long way to get transport to the airport.

Highly recommend staying here! We had the most amazing family holiday and from check in to check out the stay was perfect thanks to the friendly, helpful staff, fantastic location of the hotel and comfortable rooms. Thanks to Ping for booking us great seats at the baseball and other helpful sightseeing tips which we loved. Huge thanks to Jenny for booking us on a DMZ tour which was a highlight. The location of this hotel is fantastic, we could walk most places and loved being walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Myeongdong.
