I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at the Westin Chosun Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome during my stay. We had a uncomfortable experience briefly at the check-in, but that issue was resolved by staff with a sense of duty. Ms. Ha (하이슬), Guest Relations Manager, was particularly attentive, thoughtful, and made sure that my stay could be as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We have stayed at this hotel annually for several years, and we have noticed the Westin Chosun Hotel has had a high standard of customer service consistently. The location of the Westin Chosun Hotel is prime and located in the heart of Seoul. It also has easy access to an airport limousine and subway. It is close to amenities such as the shopping and cultural district. The location and the customer service heavily contribute to why the Westin Chosun Hotel has been recognized as one of best hotels in Seoul.

She helped us so much throughout our stay and made everything feel so easy and comfortable. Her kindness and support really made a difference. But not only them every single member of your staff was excellent, caring, and so helpful. We are truly amazed by the level of service and warmth we experienced. We have travelled a lot, but this has honestly been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service, the staff, and the overall atmosphere were exceptional. Superb experience at the Westin Josun in Seoul, Korea. The staff was always friendly and courteous. The location couldn’t be better. And the Front Desk Supervisor, Walter Hwang, went out of his way to make our stay wonderful.

We checked in with lots of complicated booking issues but our receptionist, Sam, although a trainee, was giving a phenomenal serving above and beyond to accommodate our situations and was extremely patient and capable of handling all the issues. The bellmen were two young men who were very courteous, knowledgable for restaurants we asked for recommendations for. Even the cleaning service who happened to be around, offered us water bottles, as many as we need as I usually drink a lot. We are just truly impressed at this hotel’s service- a truly rare experience, being a frequent international travelers like we are. Amazing experience!! Thank you so much for making our first welcome so memorable.

Lizy Kim at the concierge was so helpful and accommodating! She helped me with renting a car and even helped me communicate with them since I don’t know Korean. Everyone at Westin josun is so friendly and helpful!
