Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman. The ocean-view room was the standout—waking up to that view instantly put us in vacation mode, and the overall vibe felt modern, relaxed, and easy. We’d also rate the overall experience 5 stars. Service during our stay was consistently friendly and welcoming, and the property felt well cared for. It’s a great pick if you want a comfortable, upscale base on Seven Mile Beach with a more boutique feel than the mega-resorts. We left genuinely happy with our choice and would book it again.

This is probably the best trip I been on by far and I travel a lot and I never leave reviews so this goes to show how honest I’m being, from the start Valet was exceptional our valet attendant name was Jah he even helped us bring our luggage to the room and also gave us a layout of the land. Now for check in we had Chanze to check us in and she is so loving and warm and she went the extra mile and emailed us a list of excursions to do in the area, nice dinner spots in the area, as well as information for transportation as well. Rebecca was along side Chanze and she was fantastic as well she brought out the beverages at check in and when I went to the room she even wrote me an hand written note wishing me a Happy Birthday and went as far as getting me a complementary slice of cake that says happy birthday on it. The pool attendant was very sweet as well his name is Newton he even helped us with checking out the bikes and was so sweet and every time he saw me he acknowledged me by name and even went the extra mile to get me a complimentary refresher on my actual birthday while I was sitting next to the pool. We even had a few more great interactions with another valet his name is zeaver we asked him some places to go eat dinner and he assisted us in finding a restaurant that was open near by after thinking my birthday dinner night was ruined but he saved the day !!

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Indigo celebrating our anniversary. The front desk agent Angelina made our stay special from the moment we checked in until we left to come home. Her beautiful smile and willingness to help with anything we needed we so appreciated. The resort is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It truly is home away from home. We loved hanging by the infinity pool, having brunch at Catalina, dinner at Pom Pom, lunch at Bonny Moon and drinks at Bata Bar. It is the perfect spot to relax and let your worries go away. I definitely would recommend staying here and enjoying this magical place.

Our recent stay at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was absolute perfection and easily the best vacation our family has ever had. From the second we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at home. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. Every single department works beautifully together to create a flawless experience. The airport transportation was seamless, the front desk team was incredibly welcoming, and the bellmen, hostesses, servers, and pool bartenders were all fantastic. We want to give a massive shout out to Virgil for handling our reservations perfectly. Also, a huge thank you to Gab and Yann for making my birthday celebration so incredibly memorable and special. The staff truly cares about the guests, and it shows in everything they do. Aside from the world class service, my family is still talking about the spectacular desserts on the rooftop lounge. Thank you to everyone at the property for the beautiful memories, the wonderful surprises, and a truly magical getaway. We will definitely be back!

This property screams elegance and professionalism. Hotel Indigo personal touch is outstanding. My son and I never experience genuine love from so many staff. Truly unforgettable. The beach the food and customer was next level. I felt like this was my home and I did not want to leave.
