Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman

This property screams elegance and professionalism. Hotel Indigo personal touch is outstanding. My son and I never experience genuine love from so many staff. Truly unforgettable. The beach the food and customer was next level. I felt like this was my home and I did not want to leave.

It was an amazing experience! Very chic hotel and the staff made us feel so welcomed! Thank you to Ben, Michael, Mackenzie, Alfonso and Deja 10/10 service! Ben, Michael and Mackenzie made us feel so welcome and happy to be there very accommodating. Alfonso is always pleasant and makes the best drinks! I wish I could take him home with me best bartender ever! Deja always so positive and so ready to help! She was so friendly and really made the experiment welcoming all throughout. The best part is when our flight got canceled. We could’ve gone to any other Hotel but we decided to book one more night at that hotel because the experience was so good we had to return. I was more mad at the fact that I couldn’t spend the longer time at the hotel as opposed to my flight being delayed. That’s how good the service was here. Aside from the great customer service they have really good food! Really great drinks! It’s definitely more modern and caters to millennial and Gen Z! However, we definitely saw family with their kids there so it’s friendly to all. It’s close to the beach and they do provide a ride to the beach. They also help you coordinate taxi rides if you’re planning to leave the resort. The only thing I wish is that the rooms would be a little bit bigger, but aside from that I really enjoyed my stay

Our first trip to Grand Cayman was incredible from start to finish. 🇰🇾💙 From the moment we arrived, the “Allow Me” service at Hotel Indigo was impeccable. The property itself is beautiful, but it was truly the TEAM that made our stay unforgettable. We were genuinely blown away by how friendly, helpful and welcoming everyone was. It never felt forced — just genuinely warm, happy people who went out of their way to make our stay incredible. 💙 Our ocean-view room was stunning — modern, immaculate and beautifully designed. We loved having the balcony for those gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. 🌅 The entire hotel has a modern, luxurious feel and somehow always smells like a spa. 😍 🍹 Bata Bar became our afternoon drink spot, and the staff was terrific. 🏖️ Bonny Moon Beach Club is only about a 3-minute walk away, and having chairs, umbrellas, towels, water AND sunscreen included was such a great amenity. Add beachside food and drink service and it honestly couldn’t have been more convenient or enjoyable! 🍽️ The food throughout our stay was absolutely delicious, and being able to walk over to Kimpton Seafire for dinner was another bonus. 🌴 Pom Pom Rooftop Bar is definitely worth checking out — such a cool atmosphere! 🐠 And if you have the chance to book the Red Sail Sports Eco Safari — DO IT! Stingrays, starfish and snorkeling made for an incredible day and one of our favorite experiences of the trip. The location was ideal, Seven Mile Beach was breathtaking, and having restaurants and other resorts within walking distance made everything so easy. A beautiful hotel can give you a reason to visit, but an extraordinary team gives you a reason to RETURN. 💙 Between the incredible service, beautiful property and everything Grand Cayman has to offer, this is one trip we already know we want to experience again. Grand Cayman… you officially made our list. 🇰🇾🌊☀️ We WILL be back. 💙

This was a quick visit to Grand Cayman and we were lucky enough to stay 2 nights at the indigo. After a long 11 hour flight from the UK the staff at the Indigo greeted us with a five star welcome and we were quickly checked into our room, A one bed open suite which was amazing with views over the pool and out to sea. Facilities on resort were great free non motorised sports and also some fantastic motorised sports such a sports car powered by a jet ski engine was exhilarating and a new experience for us. The staff were amazing, attentive but not intrusive, and really looked after us and nothing was too much. We only had 2 nights here before we moved on but highly recommend to stay here for location, luxury and amazing staff

My family and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday celebration, and we had an amazing time, the service was amazing. From Tarren selection of my room , Mary Grace for the best written birthday card ever, Rebecca for the Birthday amenity, Jarid the bell team for assisting with bags and Special ice, Niamoni for assisting with our In room request, Zavier For the professional bell service, last but not least Angilina for the VIP check-in the staff is amazing and Very attentive. Thanks you all for making my Birthday super special.
