Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. The entire property was absolutely immaculate, beautifully designed, and maintained to an exceptional standard. The second-level infinity pool is stunning and quickly became one of our favorite spots at the hotel. The rooftop restaurant adds another special touch, with a fantastic atmosphere and a beautiful setting that makes dining there an experience in itself. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the service. From the front desk and housekeeping to the pool and restaurant teams, the service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I’ve stayed at many IHG properties, but this was the first hotel where I truly felt that my loyalty was recognized and appreciated. We were fortunate to receive an early check-in, a room upgrade, and wonderful in-room welcome gifts including champagne and a beautiful fruit platter. Even more impressive was how often staff addressed us by name. Those personal touches made all the difference. We never felt like just another reservation or room number—we felt like welcomed guests. Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman has set a new standard for what exceptional hospitality and recognition of loyalty should look like. We absolutely loved our stay and would return without hesitation.

We had the most amazing stay for my mom’s surprise 70th birthday trip. The highlight of the trip was taking my mom and sisters out on a private catamaran trip for the day and the In Room Dining Supervisor, Mark Joseph, made the experience incredibly special by preparing the most lovely spread of cheese, charcuterie, nuts, crackers, and fruit. He also provided the most delicious rum punch complete with a special, personalized label with my mom’s, sisters’, and my name on it. We are so grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention to every detail and for making a special day that much more wonderful!

Fantastic experience. The service here is incredible. The rudest encounter would be classified as joyful. Everyone is helpful, attentive and pleasant. Kindness exudes on the property. Restaurants and bars are well run. The hotel itself is clean and looks great. Great place to stay.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, my stay at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman was nothing short of exceptional. This was truly a 10/10 experience. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning! The aesthetics are beautiful, every detail is thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere is both luxurious and inviting. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the people. A special thank you to Angelina, Chelsa, Shanna Kay, and Jahrett on the team for making me feel so welcomed throughout my stay. Every interaction was filled with genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism. They didn’t just provide excellent customer service, they made me feel like family. I felt seen, cared for, and truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across a team that consistently goes above and beyond with such authentic hospitality, but this staff did exactly that. Their positive energy, attentiveness, and willingness to help made all the difference and elevated an already beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman team for creating memories I’ll always cherish. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll not only enjoy a gorgeous hotel but also be welcomed by some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, stay here. 10/10. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back! -Tasha

I originally wanted to stay the Kimpton but this was more within our budget and we also are a family of 5 so the room options here worked better. We got the room with the bunk beds and king room. Perfect size as we didn’t plan on staying in the room much. I wish the balcony had more furniture but other than that I think the accommodations are great for us. Pool was good, very warm. Food and drinks great. Don’t forget there is a daily happy hour. We rented a car from hertz and they dropped it off for us. Parking was easy. They have towels you can use for excursions just ask at the front desk. The pool attendant also had snorkel gear you could borrow. Bring floats if you want to float in the pool or ocean. Breakfast was great and included in our stay. We booked through Costco so I’m not sure if it was just a Costco thing. We ate at Milkberry which was good. Checked out Pom Pom on a Wednesday evening and it was slow. Cool vibe tho. Walked to dinner at the Kimpton on the beach path which was easy. Cool spot to catch the sunset and grab some Mexican food for dinner. The beach is across the street and a short walk. I didn’t mind it but the beach club can get busy on the weekends. A few things I wish they would consider, adding more yard games at the kids area. Corn hole or ladder golf would be a nice addition as there isn’t much to do once the pool closes at 9pm. Also, had daily activities for kids from 2-3pm but never told us at check in, would’ve been nice to get a paper with activities. They also had a group here that reserved half of the pool for most of the day a few days when we were here to do scuba training. I’m all for accommodating groups but why not do this in the morning. Not mid afternoon when people are coming back from excursions and the beach. Didn’t make sense. There is a cute shop below the hotel (on way to beach) that has some necessities bathing suits, flip flops, bags, floats, sand toys, gifts. All in all I’d consider staying here again. It’s a gorgeous hotel. Staff were very nice.
