The Indigo was fabulous, the resort amenities were top notch. The front desk professionals were terrific, Mark and Chelsa were extremely helpful each eve and night for all the inquiries, and explaining all the must dos for eve time. In the cafe, MM and Ken were helpful for our favorite pastries, they went above and beyond for our fav Butterscotch Pastry request! In addition, Patrick and Godfrey provided SUPERB pool side service for both food and drinks, anything needed at BataBar with friendly service. Miguel was a great attendant to get us to and from the BonnyMoon Beach area by golf cart. Mary Grace kept our suite tidy and organized daily, making certain we had the items needed.

Alfonse the bartender was awesome! He made some fabulous drinks including a signature drink he made for me which tasted delicious. When you come to Hotel Indigo make sure you get a drink from Alfonse!

Pom Pom is such a great restaurant and experience. Every sunset there are people taking pictures of the sun disappearing over Seven Mile Beach.

Not knocking all the glowing reviews but feel it's worth sharing our experience. Nothing truly negative about the resort but for those comparing Indigo to Kimpton, they are very far apart from what you get. We stayed at Kimpton 2 years ago and decided to try Indigo this time. Price was definitely a factor and the volume of 5 star reviews made it seem like Indigo is basically a notch below Kimpton.....try several notches. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure in shower not great. Ironing board fell apart on us when trying to open it. No big deal as they replaced it but even they guy who replaced it said he's always replacing them because they are so cheap. Overall the rooms are good though. Has everything you need basically. The beach. Don't quite understand how people are raving about it. You have to set up your own chairs with towels, the chairs are dirty, not just sand but food stains like globs of ketchup and mustard. The beach itself was dirty meaning garbage left everywhere and not picked up until mid morning; plastic cups, cans, etc. The chair situation just seems like a free for all with no organization. The water is nice and comparable to Kimpton next door. But the beach experience itself left a lot to be desired. Service was decent but not even close to Kimpton. Not expecting the same but again, just referring to the reviews trying to compare the two into the same conversation and you really can't. They are completely different classes of experiences and for sure, you get what you pay for with each. The pool area, decent. Service to set you up was great. The servers for food and drinks all look miserable and it feels like you are bothering them when ordering something. We watched and saw people beside us try to ask them a question while they walked by and they totally ignored the guest. I understand the flag system; up if you need them, down if you don't. But this person sitting beside us didn't have a flag so what is she supposed to do. A little courtesy goes a long way for a good resort experience. Anyhow, other than there being an incident where they had to close the pool due to a kid having a #2 accident, the pool itself is decent and clean. The food at the resort is not that great. We ate at the Bonny Moon beach club, Catalina restaurant. The breakfast at Catalina is great, dinner not so much and the beach food at lunch, not great. We also tried the food at the pool area and again, not great. By comparison, we went to Coccolobo for lunch at Kimpton and the quality of the food was noticeably better. Even the Pina Coladas we ordered were way better. Other than some off site diners, we ended up booking the rest of our dinners at Kimpton for walking convenience. So with that, I would say if you are looking for good value in Caymen, Indigo fits the bill. For a few thousand dollars less than Kimpton, it's definitely worth the consideration. If you want a premium experience where every little detail is thought of, service is impeccable, and your overall experience is more luxury, than Kimpton wins hands down. There is no comparison to Indigo, hence why I think Indigo is a solid 3 star experience for Caymen and Kimpton a true 5 star experience. Don't let this stop you from booking Indigo, just know what to expect based on what you pay.

Lovely hotel with such a beautiful charm and excellent service. The staff was exceptional- and each person we encountered was so incredibly kind, and I loved getting to know each of them. The property was stunning, and just a short walk to the beautiful seven mile beach. Special thanks to Musa for his amazing service, as well as Lwandi, and all bell staff. Everyone was amazing and made our trip so memorable!!
